Charles Anastasiou – Acoustic Guitarist

Charles’s addition to our wedding celebration this weekend was the icing on the cake, his talents were greatly appreciated!

The only bummer about being a bride is that you don’t get to hear the music at your ceremony. But judging by what my guests said and what I actually did get to hear, Charles did an outstanding job.
I was hoping to find a reasonably priced acoustic guitar player who would be able to play both classics and some indie music as well. My husband and I (and our friends) grew up in the 90s, so we really wanted some tunes that were important to us in our youth. The groomsmen can’t stop talking about Charles’ rendition of «Today» by The Smashing Pumpkins. A perfect touch to our non-​traditional wedding!
I only requested three specific songs and Charles had no problem including them in the ceremony (even though one was not in his repertoire). I surprised my groom with an exit to «Cherry Cherry» by Neil Diamond, and he got a kick out of it. We giggled the whole way down the aisle… a lasting memory thanks to Charles.

Easy 5 star review for this guy! We were married under a pecan tree in early spring so I wanted some light, happy music to accompany the ceremony and a solo guitar sounded like the perfect compliment.
After scouring the internet, I found Charles’ page and liked his repertoire, plus he was in our budget. After e-​mailing back and forth, we booked him for our wedding ceremony.
Charles was probably the easiest vendor to work with. Once we decided on our ceremony songs, I e-​mailed them to Charles. I was a little nervous because a lot of the songs I requested weren’t listed on his website, but he told me he’d have them ready for the wedding along with a few other songs to play while people mingled before the ceremony.
The ceremony went perfectly and the music Charles played totally added to the emotion of the ceremony. I would definitely recommend Charles to anyone looking for a solo guitarist.
