Chipotle Mexican Grill

Hello Beautiful World,
Well today was not a good day for them sad to say I’m kinda of aggravated, where do I Start…
I went in at 2:00pm. We both got a bowl I ask for chicken and half steak, so the lady gives me the chicken, and scrape 4 or 5 pieces of steak I told her could we wait and get some fresh steak, as they were cooking , she was just going to let it go with that Instead of saying, The steak will be done in a little bit we ran out but nope giving us the bottom of the barrel scraping, Seriously they just wanted to push our stuff off.
So I told her we will wait and then they got a little small crowd…
Finally they give us our steak we get our bowls happy sat down, started to eat and the meat was Raw:/ seriously!!!
I was going to tell them something but they seem panicky or stress out with the little small crowd they had I guess. I wish they would care what we want and not ignore what we want plus there was no sweet Tea:(I can understand if they were really busy but they were not … I hate writing a bad review but we were really disappointed they were not on point this time. And please make sure the temperature of the meat is well done … A Horrible experience and stomach not happy either now:(I do love chipotle but they just didn’t have it together at this one maybe they were just off today… The best one I had was in Oregon…

Update: five months and, and it’s gotten even worse. Haven’t been through the line a single time when they weren’t out of and waiting for at least one particular ingredient to be prepared.

My first time to this restaurant! The employees were pleasant as soon as my boyfriend and I walked in; they seemed like they’re so happy to be at work and it is so refreshing! Definitely will coming back! :)

Our lunch group visited Chipotle, today, for lunch and had great customer service. The food was great, the young lady checking us out told our us to be on the lookout for coupons and that there was a coupon online. This location is always good about getting us back in the door.

I went around 4 pm on a Wednesday. There were several people there, but I didn’t have to wait at all. The staff were all extremely friendly, patient, and looked happy to be there. I had a coupon for a free meal and I wasn’t pushed to spend money.
I got chicken tacos on corn tortillas. They were quite tasty, and a good portion. The chicken was somewhat lukewarm/​room tempish, which concerned me a bit, what with their issues of making people sick, which is why I have avoided Chipotle for a while (but the free coupon, obviously, made me abandon my principles, because it was freeeeee!). But it’s been several days and I haven’t been ill, so I guess it was fine. It wouldn’t hurt my feelings though if it had been hot, not just for safety, but it would make the food better.

Always get good service here! Plus chipotle is quick and delicious. They hooked the hubby up with coupons for his birthday… Excellent experience today with staff at this location!

Great location with beyond friendly staff and fast service.

This is my first time coming to this store on Sunday for lunch. They have many tables and spacious for peak time period. The staff is courteous & cordial with speedy service. Their store is clean & open. They have a new featured item in the menu — softritas. it is shredded organic tofu braided with chipotle chilies & aromatic spices. From their menu, they are trying to be more health conscious. Thanks!

As others have stated, the service here is lacking. Multiple employees on shift but only one person up assisting customers. Now, dont get me wrong, the employees and the manager seem nice… but when you have a bunch of folks waiting in line and only one person making burritos it really sucks. This is, by far, the weakest Chipotle location in the Austin area and I always dread going here.

This is the worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. More often than not, there is only ONE person helping customers – that’s one person taking care of the entire line, including the cash register. Every time I go, there are a lot of people talking, laughing, and goofing off in the back while the line is backed up with customers. Even when others come to help, it seems like it’s everyone’s first day on the job. No one seems to know what they are doing, the service is slow, and there is not an ounce of professionalism between the dozen or so employees working there at any one time. Last time I went there, the chips were literally coated in salt. Never again.

We always go to this location, nice employees and fast service! The food is great and we always going back to this location!

It’s amazing that this place has fallen between the Chipotle management cracks and still exists.

Very disappointing. No ice, music was loud, and I ordered chips. When I got home, no chips. =[ Food was still good though.

Well I literally came here for the greatness of the burrito but I got horrible service in the process. 6 ppl back there and only one helping us. A manager type lady came to help but left. I over heard another customer saying «are any of you gonna help us?» they gave him a b**** look. At the end of eating I was still waiting on my friends and I’s Margaritas. Then they got mad that I asked them for our drinks that I payed for 15 minutes Pryor. This place needs some management in order and an attitude adjustment. Very lengthy process.

They did not have carnitas wich is the only thing I can eat due to the spiciness of the other meats for my pallat. I ended up getting tacos with only beans and rice no meat and no veggie and they charged me the full price for the tacos. I asked the lady why so much If i only got rice and beans and she ignored me and started talking to the customer behind me. Not very happy with this location.

Not impressed by this location. The service is bad, the staff had a bad attitude and was more interested in joking around in the back than doing their job. When I got to the condiments station and saw there was no Tabasco Chipotle sauce, I asked at the counter and was told they were out.
How do you run out of Chipotle sauce as a business called «Chipotle»? My guess is they don’t really care.
Also the place looked like a huge mess, dirt everywhere on the floors and tables. Actually at some point while I was eating a worker came out and apparently cleaned up but not really because is was just as dirty as before. Makes we wonder how well they clean the kitchen.
Won’t be back to this location.

This is for the manager. I came in July 12 around noon for lunch. Love the food and eat here all the time. The first two people that prepared my food were helpful and polite. I wish I would have got the name of the cashier (short young Hispanic guy) but he was very cocky to me when I asked for sliced avocado. He asked why I didn’t want the guacamole and I said I didn’t like it. He said that’s insulting because he said he made it himself and I should try it. I’m thinking he was mad because he had to slice it himself. I also feel that I shouldn’t have to explain why I order the way I do but that’s just me. He soon brought me the side of avocado to my table and very arrogantly said” I really hope u enjoy this then guy.” Call me crazy but someone needs to b in a different line of work.

Closest Chipotle from where I live and as good as any other. When you’re on a budget, want super quick food, and want a healthier and higher quality meal than a burger from a McDonalds, this is the place where you want to be.
The steak burrito is my usual. Delicious, savory, fatty, still-​has-​some-​pink-​in-​the-​middle beef. Even their tortilla is fluffy and tasty. I’m a huge fan of their online nutrition calculator. Done with a workout and need to track some macros? Chipotle’s got your back. Get you some gainssss.
There’s a police station right down Metric, so there’s at least one police officer here getting his/​her most important meal of the day. No one will be stealing your delicious burrito here I guarantee you that.

Food is fine but the service was bad. First of all, by far, this chipotle gives you the least amount of food. My bowl was nowhere near full. Secondly, I had to wait about 5 min for the chicken to finish and when it was done, they didn’t both to start my order over (aka my rice, veggies, beans got cold). Love chipotle but this one… not so much.
