I had a wonderful experience at City Lights & Design. They have an amazing selection online. You can find beautiful lights that appease any budget and unlike other lighting stores in Austin, they actually care about customer service. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Glenda. I shared with her my needs and she got right to work showing me different options. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. My wiggly 11 month old made it so I couldn’t stick around as long as I had hoped so Glenda set me up a Wishlist on their website and showed me how to put the lights I wanted in there. I selected everything I wanted at home, put in on my wishlist, called her and she was able to order everything from there. I will definitely be back and will recommend them to my friends.

Our builder purchased lights through this company. The ladies there were very helpful and have since serviced what few issues we’ve had very promptly and efficiently. We did have an issue with backorders on 50% of the order and ended up purchasing the lights and installing them ourselves after closing but overall they were very knowledgeable and helpful.

City Lights is a small, locally owned lighting store that I love. I bought most light fixtures for our remodeling here and at Lighting Inc. City Lights had a nice selection, good prices and nice service. They also had track lighting for half the price of what we found elsewhere. They also do lamp repairs.
