Dear Kevin,
You installed a new evaporator coil and replaced our furnace at a very reasonable price. But after running our ac for a couple of days we now have a leak in our dining room and our ceiling is damaged. We have been calling you for a month and your phone is disconnected. I also wrote you a letter at least three weeks ago and we still have heard nothing from you. You gave us a year warranty and this is really not fair. We had our baby two weeks ago and are now tasked with finding someone to fix the work you did and with finding the money to pay for it at the worst possible time.

Holy smokes!
Was gone for two weeks and came home on Friday to a busted AC. After calling several places who wouldn’t come out until Monday, these guys agreed to come out after 5PM. They were slammed. They appeared to have it fixed for the evening at around 7PM but told me they’d be back the next day to confirm and double-​check, as they were concerned that the problem might be circuit board related. By 9PM it stopped working again. Sure enough, they came the next day as promised and got it working and its been 100% since.
They did a great job of explaining everything and they definitely did not charge me for making such a late service visit or charge me for any time that did not fix the problem.
Super happy. Would use these guys again… though I hope I don’t have to.

Having owned two bars for eight years we are on the front lines of refrigeration breakdowns from AC, walk-​in coolers and reach-​ins These gents are there within the hour to fix small and large repairs. Without ice, cold refrigeration and AC we are dead in the water. I would highly recommend Discount Aire for your business or home. We are weary of being screwed by vendors and spend a lot of time qualifying them. Prices are fair and they will work with your budget.

Christian and Kevin are such awesome guys to deal with.
I lived the previous three summers in Austin without central air. We needed a whole new system and new duct work, and I was dreading the bill.
They gave me such an amazing deal – I ended up paying about 60% of what I though it would cost. They were so quick, and Christian was really good about communicating with me during the construction.
Every day since then, I have been thankful for their work and my awesomely powerful AC.
