We are from Florida and came to Austin for a bachelorette party. The staff was amazing. We ended up being on first name basis with Taylor, Bill, and Fabian. Those three really made our experience the best it could of been. They were so attentive to our needs and got us everything we asked for pronto. Even Lauren (the room service gal) was amazing and sweet. Richie the bartender was super friendly. They really made us feel at home and that we were special. I would definitely stay here again just because of the awesome staff!
