Find someone else! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. Ordered service to hang a tv through Amazon. II had a window for them to show up from 5−8p. No show and no call. I tried to call their office # a couple of times to check when they will arrive, and only got their voicemail. They just cancelled the order at 7:30pm. So, someone was working, but not answering the phone.

DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE! I ordered their services through amazon to put together a home gym and a tv stand. They couldn’t find my order for either item. I had to email them pictures of my order that I tool through Amazon. When I finally contacted Amazon over a week later because I had not heard from them they got back to me with a time they could come and I agreed to the time but yet again could not see the order for the gym assembly. I sent it to them AGAIN and finally called to see what was going on. The guy who answered told me he would get back to me in a few mins. I checked my email with in 10 mins of speaking to a rep from this place and they CANCELED my order saying they could not meet my schedule. Absolute BS! Save your time and do not use their services!

Don’t go to this company. Please use someone else. He showed up late. Smelled like smoke. Didn’t complete the job left everything in the middle of my living room floor and just walked out and didn’t say a word. Come to find out He was the Owner and he calls me the next day to explain he has the right to do what he wants. Your right… you do. then he tells me that if I post something negative he will sue me. I told him OK. I just feel he should of explained to me better and not just walk off the job. Let me decide if I want to pay that price to put 4 dressers together. It’s just a right and wrong way to do things and this was done wrong. We live and we learn. To the Owner yes you have the right to do what you want as your company. When you come to people home that’s another level. This will come with years of business experience.

Did an amazing job hanging my TV. Showed up on time, was knowledgable and friendly. Not to mention the price was very fair. I will be using this company again for our speaker installation.

This company was offered to me through an Amazon purchase to provide assembly of a trampoline I was getting as a Christmas present for my kids. The Amazon site asked me to enter 3 preferred time-​windows for the assembly, which I did. Then the site promised me, along with the «Happiness Guarantee», that the provider will contact me within 24 hrs to confirm a scheduled date of on-​site assembly. 8 days after my purchase, which is now 3 days until Christmas, and Envision had not contacted me. I called and left a message, and they emailed me back later that day saying their first availability was several days after Christmas. :(I refused those, and demanded they rearrange and provide service before Christmas as promised. They responded by canceling my order and again offering only a placating «sorry for the inconvenience». So, it’s 3 days until Christmas, I have an unassembled trampoline and no time left to find any other provider. And they couldn’t care any less.
