Factory Mattress – Cedar Park

I purchased a mattress set at Factory Mattress about 9 months ago at the Lakeline store. The service was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. The salesperson took the time with me to insure the mattress he sold me was just right for my needs. I love it! I sleep so much better. There was no pressure to buy at all — just kindness and professionalism. I recommended it to all my friends. When the time comes to buy another mattress set it will be the only place I go.
Recently I went back to the store and asked how I could get a hold of the owners. I knew they did charity work and there was someone who really needed help. The manager gave me the contact information I needed. I began communicating with Mark Nelson who is the COO. I explained to him that my friends and I are involved in faith based ministries.
A woman had arrived from Greece with only two suitcases and desperately needing household items number 1 being a bed. Mr. Nelson gave me an unbelievable deal on a mattress set. He went out of his way to be sure the warehouse took care of us immediately.
She had a new bed in a day!
She is so very grateful. Every night is a good night’s sleep now. She is settling in through the generosity of people like Mr. Nelson and Factory Mattress.

I purchased a King-​Size memory foam mattress here and had it delivered. The delivery was on-​time and the delivery guys were super friendly. The salesman was awesome and I love my new mattress!
