The owner is seemingly straight forward charges a flat rate on his estimate that is competitive. This may be a sigh of relief, however after being told my car would be ready on Monday, I received 3 phone calls In broken English attempting to explain what was going on with my vehicle. After being called a 3rd time I decided to stop by to see the progress. The repair was complete however after the repair both my check engine light, and maintenance light were on. This to me would indicate there was an O2 leak of some sort as a result of the repair however I was told after the fact I would need an entire sensor replace. With that the repair went from a flat $ 600 to $ 937. The operation is completely disorganized, and needs a major overhall in customer service, and systems upgrades. My receipt was written on the back of a flyer. One good things is they did provide a loaner, though im not sure how legitimate it was.
