This has to be one of the best companies I have ever found a place through. Barbara is one of those people that deserves a higher level of respect then she would ever ask for. If you need or want to find a great place I highly recommend this company because trust me you can’t do better and I say that personally. : Craig

We live in the Dallas area, purchased a condo in downtown Austin in 12⁄08 and had FPP find us a renter and manage it for over five years since 01⁄09. They have done an outstanding job in all aspects and we couldn’t be happier. Monthly checks appeared on time from the renters and communication with FPP has always been excellent. No problems whatsoever. They definitely made a long-distance rental property work for us. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a property management company. This is the last month we will use them, since we are relocating to our condo the first of March 2014.

Prospective Tenents: I would stay away from this company. Returning of phone calls and e mails are few and far between. I am an owner and they don’t even call me back when they say they will. They think 48 hours is sometime next week.

They managed a place I lived in a few years ago. The only good thing about them is that they were somewhat prompt on maintenance. They are a husband/wife team. The wife is the one who does all the talking. 1) She was exceedingly rude every time we had to talk to her, even about simple things. 2) They claimed we stole an item from the condo that we lived in that was never there and took over $ 100 for this item out of our deposit. They never even asked us if we had seen it, they just charged us for it. It was described as a very conspicuous decorative item that we never saw and certainly wouldn’t have wanted to keep, even if it had been in the condo(which it definitely wasn’t). There were no items listed on our lease as coming with the condo, so they didn’t even have the right to charge us for it if it had been. Clearly they either did this because they or a previous tenant lost this item that belonged to the condo owner and they decided to blame us for it, or they were just trying to get extra money out of us. 3) When we went to complain about wanting that money back from our deposit because we didn’t take that item, they said they didn’t manage the condo anymore and wouldn’t tell us who did now. So, we never got our money back. These are all facts of what happened. I have avoided any property managed by these people since.
