Over priced for the service they offer, my advise is not to get locked in a 3 years contract with them.
You can easily get the same service in Austin for much cheaper monthly fee, factoring in the equipment fee.

From the point of our first call to them, so setting it up, everything has been great. Everyone has been friendly. We sent some of the items back for reimbursement, and it was done so easily. The setup was easy. It’s great that you can set it from your phone as well!

Overall, the service and support is very good; HOWEVER, do not buy the outdoor camera if you need to see anything but a narrow view! Also, be aware that your router and/​or your internet provider can cause your connection to your cameras to be dropped and that will also cause the cameras (interior and exterior) to lose connection and not be functional at all if you are trying to operate it remotely.
Other than that, it’s a good security service. So far, the support team has been as helpful as they can be.

So far so good! I looked at a lot of options for Alarms and FrontPoint always seemed to be at the top. Pay attention to hardware fees when other companies quote you lower monthly monitoring fees… they make a HUGE difference.
Set up was just as easy as everyone says. Just unwrap the sensors and put them where you want and call them… DONE. Then you can customize each sensor so your alerts tell you exactly what was triggered. they give you stickers for your windows and doors and sign for your yard.
The mobile app is easy and simple. Arm, disarm, reports on alarm changes etc. You can even set specific codes for nannys, house keepers, neighbors etc and see when they come and go!
So far thirilled… I bet just having the signs keeps the bad guys away!
