Worst company EVER! They came to my house and under the impression that they were checking on my GE home alarm. I didn’t think anything of it. I thought, okay fine, lets upgrade my alarm. I signed a contract with them thinking they were taking over my current contract with Monitronics. Now Monitronics is sending me a bill! I sent it to GHS, who said they would pay for it, and now they are refusing. I’m totally trapped! Totally unethical company. Do not ever use them!!!
They call me all the time needing more information. Why?! What else do you need?! It’s like they call me every week. So basically all their employees are totally incompetent.

Rang the doorbell after 8pm and asked if they could come inside and «kick it». Not sure of this is even a legit company. Super inappropriate for any company to ring doorbells after 8pm. Children are sleeping!
