Guardian Roofing and Exteriors

I would give this company a 0 if I could! I needed a new roof, and someone recommended this company, only through seeing their signs. David came out and gave me an estimate and I had a new roof put on by the end of the following week. Then we got the first heavy rain and it leaked around my skylight in the bathroom, so I called David and he sent someone out and I was told that it was not their problem. David never called me through the whole ordeal, always had someone do what he should have taken care of. So then he wants the remaining of his money, I told him when the roof was fixed, (by now the plaster in my bathroom is also ruined) he’d get paid. He then threatened to send me to collections and turn me over to his attorney. I had to retain an attorney and when I was sending over all the paperwork, I noticed that he charged my insurance company for a skylight flashing kit, which is exactly what needed to be fixed in the first place!!! It took a year to get the roof fixed the way it should have been in the first place. Not one single apology or anything. I will never recommend this company to any of my friend or family!!!

We found out we might need a new roof and were a little bit apprehensive about the process. David came over to evaluate our roof, and walked us through all of the details of what the next steps would be. He met with our adjustor, and put a beautiful new roof on our house all within just a matter of days. Guardian took care of everything, used high quality materials, and cleaned up the job site very well.
I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to have a roof evaluated or replaced.
