We’re expecting a new baby soon, so I had Ben and Mike come out again to clean the carpets in our entire house. Once again — they did an EXCELLENT job. Ben was easy to work with in terms of setting up the appointment, and he followed up after to check in on our satisfaction. Mike was our tech again, and after he was done our carpets never looked cleaner! Though I’m glad he did it — the worst part of it was seeing him walk around with a black light and illuminating (then cleaning) all of the stains that you wouldn’t otherwise see. It was also great to hear how they use a more expensive, but neutral pH soap which is safer for pets and babies.
So the net of it is — 1 year later, and these guys are still going strong!

Very disappointed. Just bought a new home. Carpets needed to be cleaned. I hired Healthy Home because they were less expensive than the competition. Regretting it. I guess you get what you pay for. The cleaner came and cleaned, then left. But when the carpets dried, they were sticky, full of the alkaline feeling left over from shampoo that has not been properly rinsed. When I called the company they said they would send the guy back out. He came and complained that he had to clean the house again. Then he did it as fast as humanly possible. Moving the steamer as fast as he was able, not giving it time to soak or to get the shampoo out. After he left I called the company to tell them about my experience, and they were upset with me! The carpets have dried now and it looks like I will have to fork out several hundred more dollars to another company to clean my carpets. The carpets are still just as sticky, and feel nasty to walk on, much less sit or lay down on. If you want a shabby carpet cleaning from a shabby company, then hire Healthy Home!
