First have one of these guys inspect the home to make sure this person isn’t a Californian who has never seen a bug before, and just confuses ants, silverfish, and flying roaches with bed bugs. The guys will definitely let you know if there is not an actual infestation, and there are a lot of people who immediately jump to the bed bug conclusion after seeing a small beetle.
Heat Wave will make your bed bugs go away for real. Even if you have a vacant fourplex with a terrible infestation that needs to be squashed before you can begin to renovate it, they will get it taken care of. It’s never going to be cheap to get rid of bed bugs, but they will give you the best deal you can find in Austin. There’s really no need to call anyone else.
