Indus Loans

I had the opportunity to refinance my mortgage with the Indus team recently. This was my third time with the group. I give great marks to Prasanna and Nelda who helped me with closing the loan. They give very good rates and their closing costs have always come under the GFE amount by a few 100 dollars. They are good at what they do and they try to make sure that you can close on time. Because there is lot of refinancing going on these days because of the low rates, they suggested locking the rate for 45 days. In the end, I had to extend by a few more days to close and the rate was kept the same. Prasanna is very patient and easy to work with. Nelda helps in making sure that all the required documents are received on time. During my current closing, the lender was giving me a hard time about my wife’s name on the SS card not matching her married name. Prasanaa and Nelda tried their best to find various solutions to make the lender happy, including consulting with the lawyer. In the end, I had to update her name on the SS card but I am happy that they tried different options during the process.
