Jauregui Architect Builder tends to be the big boy on the block when it comes to the luxury home market in Austin, Texas. While they do build beautiful, award winning houses I find their design to be a little Johnny One Note. Tuscan/​Hill Country. Tuscan/​Hill Country. Tuscan/​Hill Country.
This isn’t to say that doubt that Mr. Jauregui and his team cannot build a home that reflects an individual owner, it just seems that these homes, in my viewpoint, tend to reflect the Architect more than the owner.
That being said, I appreciate the «little» details that they put into their homes and I am sure there are many awards to come.
