If you go in an hour before close Walk-ins are not welcome as is says on the door. Don’t even bother they are rude and won’t even ask to set an appointment for another time. The woman behind the counter was rude and abrupt. I won’t go back!

Dr. Jeremy is the best! I just moved to Austin, AND it was my first time to the eye doctor since I was 10. He was very friendly when I walked in, and explained everything I needed to fill out, because his assistant that handled insurance and desk work was out sick. He had trouble finding my coverage because it was based out of SC, but assured me it would all work out, and apologized about not being experienced with the insurance part. No biggie! We proceeded with the exam, and at no point did I feel uncomfortable or silly. He figured out my prescription, and wallah! We were done. No pressure to do any extended tests. Definitely worth a visit if you need to get your eyes checked!

I went to see Dr. Brueggemann and was really impressed. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was talking about. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever met a friendlier and nicer doctor! I have a lot of trouble wearing contacts due to a lot of eye problems, but he was able to get me in some contacts that actually works for me! I’m very grateful for that and have found my eye doctor for life! Their office is on the small side located next to a Sears optical but don’t let that worry you. The staff made me feel comfortable and I was seen on time.(I think this is a husband and wife team. From what I’ve heard, his wife is also very friendly and good with treating eye diseases) I would recommend them in a heartbeat!
