Ken Kahanek, Master Builder

As anyone who has done any type of renovation knows, there are all types of contractors out there. You never really know what you are going to get until the project is done. We were extremely lucky to have picked Ken Kahanek to completely remodel our 1948 cottage. It was a very big project and there were some of the typical frustrations along the way, but a year and a half later I’m still very glad we picked Ken. He is extremely detail-​oriented and knows how to work through the process so that things go as smoothly as possible. We had a few hiccups but he handled them with with frankness and integrity. He also is someone that I enjoyed having in my life for a year, which is not something one can say about many service providers.
