This is the absolute worst run facility I have ever seen for children. From the manager, to the teachers and their assistants, …I have had it. They constantly raise their voices to the children and reprimand them to the point my child comes home crying. I talked to my daughters teacher today and she had the audacity to raise her voice to me as well. Who do these people think the are? None of them should be working with children, in my opinion. Keep your kids out of this school would be my advice.

I called to set an appointment to tour the daycare. The lady let me know at the time i was looking to visit the teachers would not be able to talk with me since they will be at lunch.(this would be my lunch too and my only time) I agreed that was fine and that I would be more interested in what they have to offer at the moment since I have multiple daycare’s to visit. She immediately stopped me(interrupted actually) and said«woah! EXCUSE me for asking but I am confused why would you not want to meet the teacher who will be taking care of your child I find this very important… and ranted for awhile being EXTREMELY rude. in the minutes she talked(not allowing me to fit in a single word) she was basically telling me that I was being a horrible mother. Honestly it was between this daycare and the KidrKids on lakeline. The feeling I got(other then being beaten down) was if she treated me like this, how do they treat the children? Hopefully not with this aggressive behavior. I have never been treated like this nor made to feel so horrible.

Poor management and highly incompetent staff. Teachers are a hit or miss. Per what I have heard most of the good teachers leave for other schools with better management.

At the start of the new year, we decided to move our 2.5yo from an in-home daycare to a larger«school.» My child had not been used to being around many folks(or children) at one time so the transition was a little rough. However, the folks at Kids R Kids, including his teachers and the entire office staff, were so great in making the transition better for him. During the first few days, Miss Anna called me so he could speak to me when he was upset and followed up with me once he felt better. The extra attention he was given for the first few weeks was very appreciated. I may have got the luck of the draw but my child’s two teachers are absolutely amazing! I feel so comfortable everyday when I drop him off knowing he will be cared for completely and everyday when I pick him up, the teachers do not hesitate to give me a detailed recap of my son’s day. After a bit of reluctancy to enroll my son at «one of those large daycares that herd the children all over,» I can say that Kids R Kids at Avery Ranch was the best place I could have chosen and they have completely changed my thoughts on large daycares. My son has definitely benefited from his time so far here, socially and academically.
