My legal matter was a pretty easy version, compared to what might have happened, in part bc my attorney was professional, informative and helpful throughout the process. There was never more than a 24 hour period for email or Phone responses. Would absolutely use him for any other legal needs that pop up. Fantastic.

I’ve worked with several attorneys over the years and found Hilton to be the worst. His rates are on the high side and his performance is on the low side. He conducted himself very unprofessionally, was very condescending, got called out by the other party several times for not followlly legal protocol, and made ridiculous arguments that were easily shot down by the other party. His behavior was very obvious in the judges negative responses and the decision granted. I would rate him a zero if Unilocal would allow it. Run from him!

I don’t give 5 stars lightly. I’m also an attorney and had some idea what constitutes a rip-​off, mediocre service, and great service when it comes to a boutique firm — because I’ve been there too. Before calling Mr. Moore, I spoke with around 8 local attorneys and was floored at the number of them who played phone tag for days, who quoted me a price before getting the details around what I needed them to do, or who tried to charge an exorbitant price tag for what was, essentially, a simple review of a family law document.
I left Mr. Moore — along with 3 other attorney offices — a voice mail around 4:45pm. He called back at 9am the next morning, talked with me for 10 minutes to (a) get a sense of what I was doing, what I wanted to be doing, and why, (b) explain what the parameters of the law allowed me to do, the levels of product available to me, and to recommend a path of action that he felt best. Even better? He didn’t try to charge me a retainer for a simple review of the document, or ask me to come into the office when we could discuss and I could email it to him. He quoted me a price range — which is reasonable when the work could expand — that fell well within the market cost for that type of work. He didn’t try to charge a retainer — which is overkill — or a fee for an in-​office consultation when we could just have the consultation over the phone (which he didn’t charge for).
I emailed it that day. I had a response and a redlined copy of the document — along with a 5 – 10 minute explanatory call and evaluation, within 24 hours.
His price, while not bargain basement low, was not atrociously high either. It was average and fair for the service being performed in light of his years of experience. All of his comments and recommendations were justifiable and made sense (not ridiciulous hair-​splitting to drive up the bill). He allows payment by check or credit card as well.
All in all, from someone in the know about legal service (even if I’m not too knowledgeable about family law in Texas), he met all expectations and then some. I’ve recommended him to a few friends and coworkers already. I will be returning to update with him and am excited to have found an attorney to handle my needs for years to come (or that’s where I’m hoping to go with this find).

Hilton handled my divorce in 2010. He was very responsive and very professional. He seemed to genuinely have my best interests at heart and he knows his legal stuff. What’s more, he seems to be straightforward and honest. I never got the feeling he was trying to get more money from me like some lawyers do. He is not an emotional hand-​holder though… you will need a therapist for that.
