These folks always are on time and always are friendly. They are not the closest to my house, but it’s worth the trip for the personal service.

Worst experience I have ever had at a dry cleaners, ever. They even tried to make it up to me and I told them no, they are not a company I will ever promote, recommend, or try do business with again. Sad to be sure as it takes a lot to get me this angry…

With next day service(as long as you come to pick up after 5PM), I’ve had only prompt service, a quick turn-around, and a genuine smile whenever I enter the Lone Star Cleaners store. It’s family-owned too! And the best part is that they are offer consistency, which means that I’ve had no lost buttons, no strange marks or tears, and have never heard«it’s not done, come back tomorrow.» And that’s an A in my book. (Cash is preferred, by the way!)

Mr. Lee’s refusal to admit that he can make a mistake was my first sign that I would get no correction for Lone Star Cleaner’s mistakes. They laundered, starched and steam ironed a silk shirt. Mr. Lee insisted that was as I had ordered. They only half-ironed but did not dry clean a pair of wool slacks. Mr. Lee insisted the wrinkles hung back in when the slacks were placed on the hanger. They had and laundered, starched and steam ironed a pair of linen slacks. Mr. Lee insisted that was as I had ordered. I asked if he was willing to do anything and he said he would dry clean the slacks and silk shirt again. And then he said he would have to charge me for the repeat service. Quite a shame. Such an absence of customer concern.
