Regular Mac and cheese was good not great but good, trailer was cleaner than others in the food court, would like to try a few more of his dishes

It was okay taste wise. Not worth it at all for the price. The top part of the Mac n cheese was good, the bottom was pretty plain. There are other food trucks on 26th that are worth it for the price. The guy who works here with a beard on Thursday nights is also very rude :(I mean very rude (because we were college kids, I don’t know). Wouldn’t go here again

Had the special which was some green chile and sausage thing and it was of the hook. We split three truck dishes at this location and Mac Daddy won the night by a mile.

We ordered a large order of Mac and Cheese for an Academy Awards viewing party. The Mac and Cheese from Mac Daddy’s was a hit. Not one macaroni remained (and we thought we might have ordered too much!) Christoph, the owner and daddy, is just as fantastic as his mac and cheese!

One of the best Mac and cheese’s I’ve ever had. The ingredients for build your own Mac and cheese are really interesting. I’m eating a truffle oil and burger meat one and it’s pretty awesome. The only reason why this place doesn’t have 5 stars is because it’s expensive for smaller portions.

I just posted a pic of my #1 w added onions and jalapeños. Honestly, this is the tastiest Mac n Cheese I have had in a LONG time. It was so fresh, hot, cheeeeesy, yet the top layer of cheese and breadcrumbs was still crunchy. My boyfriend and I got weak in the knees eating it I wish we got a large. I will definitely be coming back here ASAP!!!

I was running late to an Oscars party tonight and this guy totally hooked me up with a side for 12 people for the pot luck dinner. With zero notice on my part. And everyone went nuts over his Mac and cheese it was so good.

This is the best Mac & cheese I’ve ever had! My son goes to school in Austin and had told me how great the food was, so I decided to give it a try. We live in the Dallas area so I brought 3 orders home. After sitting for hours in the car, I got home and heated it in the oven — it was GREAT!
I highly recommend everyone eating there!

These guys only do Mac and Cheese so I expect a lot.
Tried them twice and both times it was unacceptable. That’s all I’m gonna say about that.
For great Mac and Cheese in Austin go check out Eddie V’s, hillside farmacy (get it loaded!) and ok, I’ll share the best… Wink (go for happy hour and it’s not so expensive).

I got the hamburger and onions mac and cheese and it was pretty good! The cheese wasn’t overbearing or super creamy like most cheap mac and cheeses are. The top layer is nice and crispy. He adds special spices on top that add a unique twist. There wasn’t enough hamburger in the mac and cheese which was disappointing. I got the size small which was a perfect size for a late dinner.

Amazing, just amazing, not only was the pasta cooked to that perfect semi firm not limp texture, but the seasoning used with the cheese was spot on. I had the pleasure of the Spicy Pig and it didn’t disappoint. The panko crusted baked top complimented the non-​overloaded cheesy coating of the spirals. This is without a doubt the best, real cheese mac you’ll ever have. One of my top specialty food stops in ATX

THE BEST MAC-​N-​CHEESE. I wish I knew the secret recipe for the amazing cheese sauce he creates! I got the spicy pig, to die for. He cooks it right when you order so it’s Nice and Hot! Not only can he make some bomb Mac-​n-​cheese he is an awesome guy. He also has desserts and appetizers! I will definitely be going back, but I plan on being some friends! If I could give ten stars, I would!

Really hits the spot! Takes a few minutes because Christoph makes ‘em fresh when you order but worth the wait. Piping hot cheesy goodness with a crispy bread crumb crust. I can’t wait to try all of them! (Full menu and hours on Facebook)

Very yummy! It’s the kind of fancy mac and cheese that has the bread crumbs on it! Good pricing for food but I would suggest buying a drink elsewhere bc they are kind of expensive but you really need a drink because the flavors are so rich! Would I recommend to a friend? Yes! Not a super lot of selection but it is a food truck.
