If you are looking for really good Asian food. This is not it. More like Asian fast food. I would imagine the sauces come from 50 gallon drums

Great service… and fresh food. Can’t ask for more. Their chicken lettuce wrap is Not my favorite but lemon Sriracha is pretty good along with Mongolian. Store Manager is very nice too and accomodating. Haven’t tried their delivery yet but seems efficient. Will try again definitely. Not sure about other branches but this one takes care of its customers.

Rating is for delivery only. Pro tip — dont get delivery. The service is over charged. They NEVER bring utensils, soy sauce, etc. They typically mess up the order too. Last time, the driver only brought one of the two bags of food. They didnt even offer an apology for the mistake. They charge too much for the sides. Try elsewhere for chinese delivery.

Delivery charges seem a bit high– $ 5 not including tip. So I usually do take out. Food has been very much hit or miss. I either love it or don’t like it at all. Crab rangoons are delicious. Chicken fried rice was really good, too. Spring rolls and egg rolls were also great. Orange beef wasn’t very good and I was SO excited about the kimchi fried rice on the black market menu, but it really let me down. Overall, an ok place, but certainly nothing special. I only order from here because it’s a mile from my apartment and the nearest Pei Wei is about 15 minutes away…

I think it’s overpriced. I think food quality is fair, but flavors are not there. They have messed up our order twice and 5.50 plus tip for deliver is pretty excessive.

As we were the only table aside from a dishwasher eating his lunch, it took an excessive amount of time for us to get our beverages. When they arrived, we noticed something very disturbing: the teacup out of which my mother drank was filthy, covered in dust and fuzz and oil. She then looked in her tea to see what appeared to be a tiny animal hair and an animal turd. Then, hoping for better results she looked into the teapot in which her tea had arrived. It too was covered in dust and grease, as well as splotches of soy sauce; and had chunks of unknown matter sitting at the bottom, in addition to what was clearly a large animal hair –brown & white, clearly visible through the hot water. We worked hard to not vomit! We paid for the appetizers that had already been made, canceled our entrees, and left.

Love the chicken lo mein! Great staff. I dined in and they gave me a free delicious desert! 5 stars all the way

What can I say, it is a chain and the food is okay. I have only had the Thai Basil with Chicken. I thought it was flavorful. I think it is a little overpriced. The customer service was good. Food came out in a timely manner. My expectations were high because I have had some really great Authentic Chinese food here in Austin and I knew nothing of this place. I guess if all else fails, I wouldn’t mind ordering take out from time to time.

Over priced delivery charge. Good wasn’t warm once it was delivered. Crappy service. Good was ok. On the lunch menu I asked to opt out of a drink bc I am fine with water and they forced me to and calmed me saying it was in the lunch combo price and yet I was still charged extra for it AND the side which is suppose to be included. Says the menu. Over priced. Gross. Do not recommend for your quick Asian food fix.

Good noodles, they had a bite to them. They unfortunately had little meat in the Pad Thai. I really wish there was more depth to the flavors; it left the palate lacking.

I received a coupon for $ 10 off $ 25 order in the mail from Mama Fu’s so figured I’d give them a shot. I ordered online, used the coupon, paid and went to pick up my food. When the gentlemen gave me the receipt to sign, it was full price without my discount. When I asked about why it was full price when I had used a coupon, he asked me if I had brought it with me. When I told him no, he told me he couldn’t give me the discount. I was very upset. I showed him the email confirmation I had received and complained that I wouldn’t be coming back. He finally decided to give me $ 5 off and that ‘now you can use your coupon again.‘ I got the food home and my bf and I partaked. The sweet and sour chicken was not good. The egg rolls and crab rangoons were great. My bf’s fried rice was also sub par. Overall, I probably will not eat there again even with having the coupon. PF Chang’s is just across the street, so I’ll probably go there next time.

I use this place to get some quick chicken fried rice delivered. Food is ok and delivery is usually pretty fast. There’s a 5.25 delivery charge plus tip to driver so watch out on that. Recently I decided to order online my order was royally messed up and they re did everything and had it back out first with no trouble. For this reason I bumped them up a star for customer service.

I won’t ever ever eat at one of these again. I stopped at this location hoping it would be better than the last one, sadly it was worse. I should have known better, but since they had a gluten free menu I caved. Save your money and go anywhere but here. I am shocked that a restaurant this bad even stays in business in Austin. There are so many other places to choose from!

Feeling bummed out. I was really craving some Lomein so I decided to place a take out order with Mama Fu’s. The online ordering was easy and the service was really friendly which is why I ranked them at two stars instead of one. You see, the problem is that when I got home and started eagerly digging into my Lomein I realized that the noodles were excessively overlooked and had turned into complete mush. In fact my fork was cutting right through the noodles before I could get them to my mouth… gross! I hadn’t eaten very much today and was really hungry so I picked out the chicken(which was actually pretty good) and threw the rest out. Now placing an order with Chinatown to replace the meal I put in the garbage.

I will probably not go here again unless I’m desperate. It’s right by my apt and I really wanted them to be good. I got wonton soup, crab rangoons and pad thai. The soup was basically a cup of yellow salt water with some raw carrot sprinkles floating on top and a couple wontons. No real flavor. The crab rangoons were actually not bad. But the pad thai was inedible. I wasn’t sure what people meant by «tasting freezer burn» until I took my first bite. It literally tasted just like a freezer smells. I ate a few bites and put it in the fridge thinking maybe I was just full from the soup and rangoons. I tried again the next day but ended up just throwing out the completely full container. +1 star for the crab rangoons

The ABSOLUTE worst. The prices are ridiculous. Especially for delivery. $ 22 for shrimp fried rice & an egg roll?! But I was desperate, hadn’t had Chinese food in months, & had to get something delivered. To call the food mediocre is an insult to mediocrity. Panda Express is better(and way cheaper). Then to top it all off, this«meal» gave me food poisoning. I was up until 6AM in the morning nauseous and vomiting. I had to go to the ER and could barely keep anything down for two days. I really wish giving 0 stars was an option.

I have gotten delivery from here twice now, and I must say I’ll probably never order from them again. They are expensive for how much food they give you. $ 10-$ 14 for what I would consider very small portions. My office ordered from them today and so I decided to just get a side of sweet potato fries for $ 2.49. I wasn’t expecting much because of the price but I was quite shocked to open my box to about 7 fries. The food does taste good, but I don’t believe the money is worth it for how small the portions are and the quality of the food.

We’re fans. The convenience of having good(not great, but good) Pad Thai delivered piping hot from friendly, uniformed delivery personnel is a nice find in the Steck/Mesa area where delivery and takeout are rather scarce. We’ve only ordered the Pad Thai and Pork Egg Rolls, but we’ve not been disappointed yet, and we’ve been customers since Mama Fu’s TO&D opened. So… not the greatest, but certainly not the One-Star experience so many other raters have bestowed on these fine MF’s. (MF’s = Mama Fu’s) Chortle

You’re better off driving to a grocery store and getting microwave asian food from the freezer case. At least that won’t be expensive, cold and over an hour late, nor(hopefully) will it be delivered by someone who is far too stoned to be safe behind the wheel. Avoid these clowns. I’d give them zero stars if I could.

This is a brand new Mama Fu’s take-out & delivery place, in the Arboretum complex, smack dab between my dry cleaner & favorite Froyo venue. I’ve never eaten at a Mama Fu’s before, and after the $ 7.24 Ginger/Broccoli/Tofu lunch special I had, it appears I haven’t missed that much. But in a nice way. I don’t think you’ll complain about ginormous oversized portions here, and that doesn’t really bother me, but seriously — you can’t serve undercooked white rice. My daughter could make perfect white rice by the time she was seven, and these people are considerably older. But I’ll cut them some slack for being opening week, and there was just enough ginger in my nine bites of broccoli/tofu to be satisfying. Shoot, I forgot to read my fortune cookie. But what I do admire is a great mobile app, and Mama has a nice one. I used it to order my stuff at 11:18, and picked it up 12-minutes later, along with my shirts and some coffee from Angie next door.(I see See’s chocolates…) Some people enjoy speed-dating, I kind of enjoy speed-lunching every once in a while. Fast times at Arboretum High.
