Mattress Firm Clearance

I bought a bed at Mattress Firm on Anderson Lane this week. There are tons of their stores all around Austin, but I have been a customer of the one on Anderson, by Einsteins /​Zen/​Steinmart for 10 years.
I went in the store and told the salesman, Roger Bartosh, that i wanted a quality bed for a great price. I also told him we had a problem with my son breaking every boxspring he has had without doing anything crazy on it, just putting his knee on the edge of the bed. Roger showed me the boxsprings they have with steel reinforcement. Then he called around to several stores to see if he could locate the bed we wanted on clearance. He didnt give up till he found it. I paid HALF of retail on a wonderful Sterns and Foster bed, and even though it was quite late in the day, they went out of their way to deliver it the following morning. We are THRILLED with our purchase. To make it even sweeter, Roger even called me the following day to ask if we were 100% satisfied– and the NEXT day, we got another call from the office asking if we were satisfied.
Well, hell yeah, Mattress Firm, we are more than satisfied– with the customer service, the delivery, the price AND the the product. I doubt i will ever buy a bed anywhere else. Check out Roger Bartosh at mattress Firm 2900 W Anderson Lane– he will treat you right!

I came to mattress firm just to browse and was helped out by Oliver. He was so friendly and helped me get a reasonable price on the mattress I wanted that was above my price range. He was able to answer all my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable about mattress quality and warranties. I would definitely recommend this location to a friend. The staff are great!

Zac the bow tie guy hooked it up and gave me the ride of my life on a vibrating bed. I’ve never experienced that level of service — if you know what I mean. Go see him if you want the head to toe service package.

Excellent team work and customer service. Lots of price options and great deals on expensive beds. We got a $ 899 twin for $ 279 (including box spring). They have delivery options and options for bed frames. You can get a bed same day even. We bought a bed from mattress center clearance in Las Vegas and this experience was just as great as the first time. Don’t go to a different bed store. Come here!!!

We had been sent here for a mattress from another store and this was actually a mattress that the salesperson was considering buying. While they were a bit busy at first they were super helpful. Our salesman told us it wouldn’t fit in our van but rather than persuade us to have it delivered less than a mile, he tied it to the top for us. Got a very good bed at a great price.

can’t say enough about the wonderful service that was provided by jesse when my husband and i stopped by last night. there was no one else in the store, and i was afraid we’d get the overzealous selling experience. we had a groupon and a low budget and simply wanted a quality mattress. jesse took us through all of the options and did not make us feel uncomfortable or pressured. we went home with a great mattress that day and slept wonderfully that night. jesse even went above and beyond, helping my husband load up and tie down the mattress (i am 6 months pregnant) and offered me water as i waited inside the store. best experience, would recommend it to anyone.
