Drive-thru order-taker is incompetent. Had to drive up to the pay window and attempt to get her to fix it, but they STILL couldn’t get it right– and she had to start over from scratch. Also, on a 51 degree morning– NOT a warm morning for Austin, without asking, and after I even said HOT French vanilla latte, I get ICED French Vanilla coffee instead. Did not have time for their incompetence to fix it, and instead drove off and attempted to call them to inform them of my displeasure. After ringing, and ringing, and more ringing… it took 4 calls of constant ringing for them to even bother to ANSWER the phone– and ultimately, they could care less. These people are the argument against raising minimum wage. I’ve been an order taker before at other fast food restaurants, and she acted like I was the stupid one, when she couldn’t seem to get a simple breakfast order correct. And the manager, about all I got was silence, then an apology, then a «promise» that they«would never let this happen again.» Yeah, right, like I really believe that one. This is a location that I usually only go to due to convenience as it’s on my way to work, but I think I’d rather go a little out of my way next time to go to another local McDonald’s that actually gets my orders correct without the attitude and lack of care for their customers to make things right. I will NOT visit this store again except to maybe give them a piece of my mind and a tongue lashing if I ever have the time.

This is one of those weird places that is joined to a gas station. Meh. The lady at the counter was kinda rude — I asked for an M&M McFlurry, she gave me an oreo one and refused to change it out with the right kind, insisting that I asked for oreo. That’s not … customer service?

It’s McDonald’s! My son loves eating here. He says, «Great chicken nuggets, fries with just enough salt, and a ideal playscape outside.» Dad says, «Food up to chain standards, quick service, could be a little cleaner, and I like the free drink refills(dine-in only). They have a drive thru. Watch the traffic here, it can be crazy dangerous.»

Again like I said in my other Mc D’s review. I come here for black coffee every morning. Nothing much to say. Yes they know what«splenda» is. YAY! for them

I am notoriously guilty of getting the late night munchies. After a night of celebrating on sixth street, I wanted the best late night meal ever: a large order of fries and a strawberry shake with whip cream and a cherry. Now, I know this is a chain, especially with McDonald’s, and everything is made to a standard, but the standard here was a little off. Just as a reminder, I only ordered a milkshake and fries, and only ½ of my order was up to the magical McDonald’s standard. The milkshake was a complete hit. The moment I put the straw into my mouth and gave a little suckle, it was bliss. My mind went to a new place. I wish I could say the same about the fries. After I pulled out box out of the bag and smelled the golden goodness I thought it was going to amazing. The first few fries had the perfect amount of salt and warmth, but I think that was it. The following were lacking salt, were undercooked, and were missing the greatest ingredient of all — the one that separates McDonald’s from the rest — the love. There was no love with my fries. Not even a side of it.

Normally i don’t write reviews on big chains but this one is a bit difft., typically ill stop by some random mcdonalds and grab an iced coffee(coffee flavor) but have always found that not everyplace makes the same drink correctly. So on this morning i go through the drive thru, get my order and proceed to find out if they had in fact made the drink right. They hadn’t, so of course i do a uiee and return to the scene of the crime. Im in line waiting for the counter girl to take my order since im next in line and the manger sees me and proceeds to take my order. I explain to him what is wrong and he wants to make this right. He comes back and for the first time actually explains to me why it doesn’t taste right… creamer…fucking creamer, this entire time I could have just put more cream/milk to offset the taste. Not only does he come back with a brand new drink but i actually ask to order another coffee and tells me its«on the house». Great guy and def. seemed to genuinely want to help out and be a part of the customer experience. A++ and def. my fav. mcdonalds to visit.

What is there to say about a McD’s burger? I only eat the little cheese burger and a large side of fries. I could eat a sack of the little ones and two large fries. That might kill me, so I try to stay with one at a time. My daughter loves those evil happy meals, and I can’t smell her burger without having one of my own.

**The following story is a slight dramatization, to enhance the reader’s pleasure** For years, Sarah S. has struggled with an addiction. It was the year of 2005, and she was beginning a new chapter in her life — Law School. The hours were long, and the work intense. When she gazed around the classroom, library, and hallways, she observed coffee cups in the majority of her peers hands. «So this is how law students get their energy level up!» she thought to herself. But Sarah disliked coffee and although she gave it a shot, it just wasn’t for her. «What other beverage provides one with a burst of energy?» she questioned. «Red bull? Other energy drinks?» But those are too expensive for this law student to buy on a regular basis. Then one day, she saw the sign at McDonald’s…ANY size soda for $ 1. She had found her solution in a giant cup of Diet Coke. The cheap diet coke quenched her thirst, gave her a caffeine burst, and helped her make it through law school and the bar. Years later, Sarah still prefers to have her diet coke to start off her mornings. And although not all McDonald’s locations offers this fantastic $ 1 price(which is pretty lame), sheislucky enough to be near one that does. For this McDonalds, located on her way to work, boasts the $ 1 any size beverage. And so, her addiction remains and for now, she is satisfied.

As far as speed, convenience and value are concerned, this McChevron is A-OK. And, with millions upon millions served, it only has 2 Unilocal reviews. The odds astound me. Are you Unilocalers really never using McDonalds? Or are you just too proud to admit it? Well I’m not. $ 2.17 buys a Sausage McMuffin and a Large Diet Coke. This breakfast of champions contains, on average, 370 calories, only 29g of carbs, 14g of muscle-building protein, and only 8g of saturated fat.* It’s like a McMuffin vitamin! *There is also some unsaturated fat. $ 2.17, and I’m in and out in 3 minutes, right on my way to work. And judge me not for supporting an evil corporation, Unilocalsters — judge me for being lazy; judge me for having poor taste, judge me for compromising my health, but don’t judge me for supporting McDonalds — I’m practically stealing from them.

You know, I know, Sagar Patel in India knows, Zhang Ziyi in China knows, even kangaroos in Australia know about McDonalds. So I will avoid unnecessary reviewing. I dont like the drive thru at this Mickey Deez(nutz). Accidents waiting to happen. Thats it. simple huh? What is cool is the mending of a convenience store/gas station with this McDonalds.
