Montessori House of Children of Austin

All three of our girls (2 — 5) have gone to MHOC. We love it, and will be sad when they all get too big to go to their «little blue school».
The teachers are relaxed, caring, lovely people who genuinely care about the kids in their care. The atmosphere is happy, laid back organized chaos. It is a cozy little old house, with a nice little back porch that allows for lots of outdoor time for the kids to play. I love that they come home happy and tired and ready to go back the next day for more.
They seem to strike a nice balance between the montessori «work» for kids, as well as playtime and teaching important things like how to be a nice kid.
The staff is super sweet, accommodating and flexible, something that can’t be said for all daycare staff and admins.

A very good school. A family owned business. My daughter loves it and she enjoys going there. The teachers are professional and loving.
