These guys are fast and do a really good job. Kelley Picked my machine, replaced the motherboard, reinstalled windows and returned the machine back to me in 3 days. That’s pretty fast given the fact that not all parts were in stock.

Kelley remains the most knowledgeable fix-my-computer-issues-fast person that I know. I have used his IT services for years! I called late yesterday afternoon, after moving to a new office, and he was here at noon today to get me all set up. His professionalism and service are awesome! His patience is amazing! Very affordable… the best value for the money that I’ve enjoyed in a long time from any business!

I can’t tell you how many times Nerds in a flash has saved many of my real estate laptops or desktop computers. They take their time and always complete the task. I haven’t used anyone else and never would. A++++++!!! if u have any computer needs you would be a fool not to call Nerds in a flash.

Called KS(initials of the nerd) for a tune-up, having some reboot problems with WinXP. He recommended a reformat, so I figured, he’s the professional, he’ll take care of it. So a week later, I’m left with a machine that works, but I still have to install and update most of the software I use regularly(at least a day’s work), plus delete all the superfluous stuff that for some reason was put on my hard drive. Oh, and I also have to reload my files from the external hard drive, where they were backed up. Before I let KS wipe the drive, I asked him to look at my backup and make sure we had everything he needed. He said, «yup.» So when he came back, it turned out that there’s a separate folder for Thunderbird application data that I hadn’t saved, so I lost my old email files. Oh, I can view them as text files, but that’s it. And I lost one piece of software, because I don’t have the disk anymore and I didn’t back up the Program Files. When he was ready to leave, I poked around to make sure everything was working, and found out that the email Send didn’t work. He had to call tech support for my email server to get it working. If this is service, I’m glad I’m not fertile… Two weeks later, I’m still fixing problems and reinstalling software. Their invoice says they will reinstall software from authorized licensed disks. I handed KS the disks, yet he didn’t reinstall my printer software, my camera software, or any other software in the stack. I had to learn the technical details of my password encryption software to fix that – he had it set up to run off my external backup hard drive only. Why don’t I complain to the company? Because I don’t trust them not to make it worse.

Totally a life saver. Got some weird F8%k you virus… could not log in to save my life! trojan worm be gone! The nerd came and went in a flash and returned within a reasonable time with ALL of my data organized on an external drive. Miracle workers work here.

My computer was a desktop junkyard and things were running a bit slow. I assumed I would have to install more memory(expensive) and so on. Kelly from Nerds in Flash showed up on time, cleaned up my desktop, organised all my files where I could find them, and big bonus, explained I still had plenty of memory for day to day activities, so no need to add a chip. He explained everything in a language I(non– computer person) could understand, and his fees were more than fair. I will definately use his sevices again.
