So glad I can get Real Kimchi in Austin.
Most stores that sell kimchi, you never know from one jar to another if it is going to taste the same. Oh Kimchi I don’t have to worry about it, always fresh tasting.

Best kimchi ever! Love the amount of ginger they use and the many different varieties available for purchase. Like it spicy? Like it with fish sauce paste? Vegan? Paleo? Drinkable kombucha style tasting kimchi? (This jar is called «vegan mool– the juice is so delicious and healthy I literally drink the yummy ginger tasting liquid after eating the kimchi») Check all! Yummmmmmm. I also love the vegan Napa variety. AND this brand doesn’t cause nasty tasting burps all day long like the brand sold at HEB does
