Jeremy was great! He was so helpful. I took the Pistol 101 class and learned everything one needs to know to handle a pistol and shoot accurately. I highly recommend using him. I had a Groupon for a group class which was expiring soon and I was not going to be able to make a class before the expiration date. He honored the Groupon and just met me 1 on 1 for a private lesson. He definitely went above and beyond! I will take his class when I am going for my CHL. Take his classes, you won’t be disappointed.

I took this course today. It was extremely helpful.
You start in a classroom in the back of Central Texas Gun Works which is a gun shop. You go through training with safety, terminology, grip, stance, and more for 1.5 hours.
Next you drive to Jeremy’s shooting range which is near COTA. For about 1 hour you go through different drills firing a .22 and then with a 9 mm. Jeremy does a great job helping everyone individually and makes sure the environment is very safe and calm. He also shows you how to disassemble and clean a pistol here.
I did this course with nearly zero experience and I felt comfortable and confident throughout the lessons. I highly recommend using Jeremy for shooting lessons. He is a Marine Corp sniper veteran. He knows what he’s talking about.

Today was the second time we took the 101 pistol course (1 year apart). It was a great class! Jeremy is very knowledgable and explains what we will do very well. I never felt intimidated or unable to grasp what was being taught. I highly recommend Jeremy’s course for becoming familiar with a gun and learning proper technique. Even my cousin who shoots often went away with more skills.

I recently took the CHL course at On Target, and I had a great experience. The instructor, Jeremy, is an ex-​Marine sniper and really made the experience enjoyable. He really knew what he was talking about, was laid-​back, and was generally a nice guy. If I could give my experience twelve stars on here, I would. If you’re looking for a CHL class or any other shooting instruction, I’d highly recommend this business to anyone.
