We had been having problems with our security system at work triggering false alarms. We called the company we WERE using for monitoring and tech support and ended up having to leave a message, which was never returned. When the problem recurred I called back and they were able to get a tech out, but not until the following day. He came out twice and we continued to get false alarms!
By that point I’d had enough, I called Oracle and they were able to send a tech out immediately. Not only did they resolve the false alarm issue (It was caused by a failing sensor that wasn’t installed correctly in the first place) they were also able to map out our system for us. We have two separate buildings with motion sensors, glass breaks, window contacts, the works! They found several sensors that were non-​functional or disconnected. Wires that had been cut, and never repaired. Sensors that were configured wrong in the software. They upgraded both the software and firmware for our system. They discovered an entire building had not been arming for god knows how long! It was a MESS! They fixed all the problems and even renamed the contacts in a logical manner. Now if we get an alarm I can tell EXACTLY where the problem is. Very professional and knowledgeable guys. I highly recommend them!
