Just got my pizza an hour and a half after ordering. Cold. Totally cold. But eating it because I’m starving.

So I ordered a pizza with hot sauce drizzle and on the crust too. I got a pizza without the drizzle. Fine, that’s not a big deal. But biting into this pizza was like eating cardboard. They didn’t even cut the pizza all the way. Our pizza was pretty much whole.

Business refuses to offer nationally-advertised deals. Lame. Avoid.

Everytime I order I always get my food on time. Pizza is always fresh and hot and they dont skimp on igredients. Its a little farther away from where I live but way better than the Stassney location. I dont mind the drive for better pizza.

Poor management! I called to report to the manager Paul, that the Hersey cookie I order was burnt and not edible at all. He was very dry and rude and preceded to argue with me over what I would like him to do about it. I will NEVER order from this location again.

You have got to be kidding me. I ordered one pizza at 730. The showed up with the wrong pizza almost an hour later. The delivery driver said that he would be back with the right one in 15 minutes. That was 30 minutes ago. This location is less than a mile from my house. *update* two hours after I ordered a pizza, I was brought a cold, sauceless, cheese pizza. I’m so confused.

I love love Pizza Hut. Food is delicious fresh and fax. My kid’s like to eat Pizza Hut everyday. Some time they have very good deal too.

Wow. Absolute disappointment. All I ordered was two orders of bone out wings and fries, after waiting over an hour they show up missing our wings, we called back and expected they would get our order to us ASAP but instead it’s been over half an hour and NOTHING. Take it from me, order DOMINOS.

Delivery was a nightmare! This place is a 10 minute drive away, but took over 2 hours to get to our door. If you’re expecting to eat within the hour, DON’T call for delivery. Even with a «credit» added to my account for«next» time, I’m still not calling them for delivery.

I called in for delivery a whole back and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was. There are no shortage of pizza places in Austin and sometimes I just want the same kind of pizza I grew up with. I called and it had been a while since I ordered from Pizza Hut so I asked a lot of questions. The lady on the phone was knowledgable and was not rushed or annoyed. The pizza came on time and the delivery guy was also, jut super friendly and nice. Sadly I get surprised by people being nice but it was a very good experience.

Horrible customer service from both line level employees & management. The past 4(yes, count it FOUR) times I have ordered from here, they have managed to screw up my order. I’m done with giving them the benefit of the doubt. Never again.

After just getting the best pizza I’ve ever had, I had to write a review for it, and well, this isn’t it! But thinking of that one made me think of the last few times I dealt with this Pizza Hut, and how I’ll NEVER deal with them again! I always get delivery(and I think they are only a delivery/take-out Hut anyways). They always take a long time. The pizza is always crappy. Or they forget part of the order. I even once got the mama mia $ 5 special and none of the pizzas had enough cheese(and by enough I mean you could see sauce but not cheese). Upon calling them I argued with a manager about how much cheese goes on a pizza. One excuse was«well, they are the $ 5 pizzas» WAITWHAT? So that gives it a right to be crappy? That’s still 5 of my dollars that I’m willing to spend on a decent pizza, I’m not expecting greatness here! A friend of mine actually took the pizzas back to exchange them for some better ones. And guess what, the ones they brought back were decent! Too bad we didn’t get that the first time, I might have given them 2 stars!
