I work downtown and was taking a walk on my afternoon break. I was waiting at a stop light with this lady carrying a cooler. We chatted a bit, then she offered me a popsicle. She is Rebecca, who I’m guessing is the owner/pop maker. I had the Pumpkin Chai, and it was very good. Tasted like a frozen pumpkin pie! I love that the ingredients are organic and wished her my best. Hopefully soon you will see it in your favorite store(hint hint Wheatsville Coop).

These popsicles are top notch. Can’t beat the location(the Picnic at Barton Springs) and I hope I can buy these everywhere in Austin eventually. Their is a lot of good product and serious love put in these pops! My faves were pb & j and the peaches and cream.

Wow!!! I was overheating in Austin tx and i saw this really fun popsicle stand that I new would do the trick and I wasn’t dissappointed and I’m from SF, so I know good organic food. I could tell the pops were made from fresh fruit not frozen junk. The girl working the stand was so nice and she helped me pick the best pops and assured me that everything is locally made to help reduce their enviromental impact! Tldr: I loved the peach cobler and piña colada. If you love having real frozen fruit everywhere in your pop and want a break from smoothies this is the place in Austin you must visit.

Come and join the hottest cult on the block with the large fandom that is THEPEANUTBUTTERANDJELLYPOPSICLE! This popsicle knocked my socks off. I can’t think of a better summer popsicle, since it is the perfect savory and sweet treat! What an exciting treat! I really like the convenience of the popsicle location and I also love that they are only $ 4! I feel like lately in Austin you get these insanely priced items, but a $ 4 popsicle seems the best case for this gourmet treat. I will be going back at least once every other week to try a new flavor and maybe also get a pb&j one for the road! Thank you Pop Art for becoming my latest obsession.

Hot day. Hot food truck foods require ice cold cool down with Pop Art ice pops in refreshing organic flavors like CantamelonMint and Hibiscus Grape. She takes square credit

Wow! The peanut butter & jelly Popsicle is seriously amazing! I didn’t know what to expect from it but when I bit into it but as soon as it did I must say it was simply heaven. Tasted legit like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich without the bread of course. Peanut butter and jelly mixed together seriously the best. We also got the grape flavor and cantaloupe mint. Not much of a fan of the grape, the cantaloupe w/mint was good. I went back 5 minutes later to get another pb&j Popsicle! It was that good! And the best part is that all the ingredients are organic. Seriously check this place out!
