This is a taco truck stationed across from the Dell complex on Howard Lane. We have lived near this trailer for years. It was frequented by the Dell employees but now that business is starting to shut down in those buildings, I am not sure if traffic at this taco truck has been slow. I do know that it is frequented by local Hispanic population. We went here for breakfast tacos. They have a list of options such as Chorizo, Barbacoa, bacon, beans, egg, potato, cheese in different combos. You have a choice of flour or corn tortillas. Since they are only $ 1.50 each, I had 2 tacos-with corn tortillas. One with egg, potato and cheese and one with bean, egg and potato. Tacos come with 2 ingredients. You can add more for 25 – 50 cents more. BF had one with chorizo and one with chorizo and egg. Definitely add egg to the tacos, they are more filling. BF’s chorizo only taco was relatively skimpy. Each taco comes with a small amount of hot sauce. These weren’t the best tacos but they were filling and the ingredients were cooked to order. They have a good selection of other items such as tortas, quesadillas and burritos. You can get these as a plate that includes beans and rice. They also have Horchatas and Aqua Fresca in several flavors.
