I had the worst automotive repair experience here. I went in because my car was making a strange noise. They checked out my car and«fixed» it. Charged me over 300 dollars. Next day, the car is still making the noise. So i return, surely they won’t charge me for looking at my car again since they obviously missed something. Not true. They tried to charge me again for looking at my car. I argued with the person working there that had they done their job right the first time I wouldnt have had to come back. They then called the manager at home so she could talk to me. She started crying about how she was sick and was doing the best job she could. Literally crying. It was a mess. I still got charged and reported them to BBB.

Precision autoworks should have a lot going for them. They specialize in Hondas, and they often have a loaner car available. Their prices are also pretty good. Unfortunately, the quality of the work seems to be quite poor. When I used them ending about two years ago, they had gone through three mechanics in two years, the last one for stealing from the company. What made me stop using them was their inability to fix my air conditioning after ten visits, and having them charge me more and more as more parts allegedly broke. They would discount further repairs as the saga went on, however, they never were able to solve the problem. One stop at the(sadly defunct now) Bishop’s automotive fixed the problem for good.
