Primrose School of Shady Hollow

Hello there I am a mother of a 5 year old girl who started Primrose this fall. This school is a 5 star experience!!! The teachers are first class. The staff is extremely professional and diligent. Mrs. Alderman and Mrs. Davis are excellent teachers. Teachers who love what they do and it shows.
This school has a huge heart and is helping the community with the class projects. My daughter is so excited to go to school and looks forward to greeting her peers and her teachers. My once fairly reserved child has blossomed right before my eyes. I can see tremendous growth in her socially. They care about the students!!!
My daughter is counting and learning the ABC’S and learning social life skills. This school is worth ever penny. Invest in your child future!!!

This Primrose school is truly exceptional. Our oldest has been enrolled for two years and our newborn is already on the waiting list. Over the last couple of years we’ve become acquainted with many of the parents. We are happy that many of the families attend our church and are also our neighbors. We are grateful to have this excellent preschool in our community and we believe that the owners of this franchise, as well as many members of the staff, share our strong family values and deep ties to our community. If the school has any shortcomings it is that they’ve lost a couple of excellent teachers in the last several months. We believe that management should do more to retain their finest but I’m afraid that they’ve fallen short in this area thus far. Overall, Primrose of Shady Hollow is a fine school and we are pleased to have it so close to our home.

I can’t even put into words how much we adore Primrose. Our son has been there since he was 11 months old and absolutely LOVES his school. He learns so much every day and is light years beyond where I ever expected him to be at this age. The curriculum is structured, yet age-​appropriate. The teachers are all incredible — they genuinely care about teaching these young kiddos, not just babysitting. It really feels like home and a family here. We love this place so much, we’ve already put a deposit down for our next child and I’m not even pregnant yet!

It looks like our time at Shady Hollow has come to an end as we are relocating to Dallas this month.
I can’t say enough how much we have loved this school and how my daughter was in the best possible hands, from teachers, to floating teachers, to administrative staff, to the owners.
To have a five star experience for two years with the school that is helping you raise your child, there is nothing more I could ask for.
Primrose school, both this location and as a company has made such an impact on our lives that as we relocate we are ONLY willing to have our daughter enrolled in a Primrose through Kindergarten — which she is graduating to as of this month!!!
The fact that the franchise is available in many major cities is wonderful — we’ve already found our next one and are visiting next week. Our kiddo will get to walk into the same building feel, the same curriculum, the same atmosphere, the same values, respect, and mindset as she’s accustomed to, surrounded by growing and advancing children who are maturing at her same rate.
It’s been a blessing.
My daughter will miss her teachers dearly, and we’ll miss this location but we’re beyond happy that we’re going to get to stay with Primrose for another year before finding a private school in our new area!

I’m updating my post from 2 years ago. My daughter is now 4, in pre k and still very happy at Primrose. I have loved every teacher along the way. My daughter never wants to leave when I pick her up, I always end up staying and playing for 5 – 10 minutes. An added bonus I didn’t expect is that I have also become great friends with several of the amazing parents.
