If I was given the option of zero stars, I would choose it. From the moment we signed our lease, we have had nothing but communication issues with this group. Initially, they couldn’t locate the correct keys for the door to allow us to move in on our agreed upon date. This should have caused us to think twice about continuing with our lease, but unfortunately, we went ahead with the agreement. Since this time, I have never had more issues with a landlord in all my time as a renter. I would compare their level of customer service to the level of a fast food chain. Your concerns are not their concerns. They have no loyalty or appreciation for good tenants. In fact, I have had better luck with individuals who owned property than with supposed«professional» group. At this time, our A/C is out. It was reported to the group on Friday evening. It is now the following Thursday, and all they have done is sent a guy they call a repair man, who obviously had no idea what he was doing by his comments, to our home to diagnose the issue. When we reach out to be owner, Joe DeBlasio, to follow up on the matter, he won’t take our calls, but emails us about 10 minutes after the call with some story about how it’s our fault because we left it on, and it’s not very hot outside so it’s not a emergency. WELL, I don’t know about the rest of you, but I don’t know many people in Texas that«turn off» their AC in October. I also don’t know many people that consider 80 degrees in the house at 6pm reasonable. I bet if this were his home or his office, he would be in a bigger hurry to fix the problem. I write all of this to say, if you can help it, don’t rent from these people. That is, if you prefer to have a company that actually cares about their customers.
