I occasionally come here for lunch with co-workers(their choice not mine) and there is always plenty of seating and parking. The service is usually really good, the food is what it is, on par with a Chili’s. The price is good for what you good. The french fries is really the best thing they have going for it, and you do get bottomless fries so that’s something if you are looking for a carb overload. They have these pretzel beer bites, which are okay as well which a lot come with the order. The onion ring tower is alright too for an appetizer. You can ask the server to bring your fries before your burgers too if you are really hungry.

I came in here about a week ago with my boyfriend, it was our first time ever eating here. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted and seated immediately. When my waitress came to by table she was super cheerful and helpful. she told me about the lunch deals and happy hour. She even gave us a rewards program card. the food here was super great. And costumer service was awesome because of our waitress and obvious the food i will be back.

Worse service ever!!! Our server was in a hurry to get off work so she basically rushed us… gave us the check & didn’t even ask if I wanted more fries!!! Aren’t y’all known for your bottomless fries? And when we didn’t fill out the receipt and tip her yet she asked for it back. Rude rude rude! Never coming here again. The manager walked right by us and didn’t even ask if everything is okay. They need to go under new management or something with all their rude service going on. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry before so yes, I know what I’m talking about. Oh yeah, and might I add this was our first visit! And yes our server knew it was because she asked us! Wouldn’t that make you want to try your hardest to make sure everything was good so that we would come back?!

This place is the bomb. Every time we come in, we get a great waiter named Corey that we ask for every time. Food is good, service is good, and the atmosphere is good. When you get a chance, stop on by for a great time.

Just wanted to give a shout out to excellent food and even more excellent(is that correct grammar? lol) customer services from Corey. He was fabulous as my friend and mine’s server on Christmas Eve. We were his 2nd to last customers and he was upbeat, happy, personable, knowledgeable, etc… I went back last week with my daughter and as luck would have it, we were seated with him. Again, he was a delight and the food was spot on again. Kudos Red Robin on N. IH35 for your food and hiring of Corey. :)

My wife had a free Red robin royalty birthday club burger. We came got to watch college football Birmingham bowl. The place got a nice lunch crowd, they have plenty of seating. Our waitress kelly is nice and attentive. The wings were awesome but the burgers and fries leave the wings in the dust We will be again of course!

We’ve been to this location many times and are usually very pleased, but not today. Here’s why: The burger and chicken sandwich were great, but the fries for both of us were under cooked, way too blond and soft. The server never stopped to ask how the food was, so we didn’t really have an opportunity to complain. The freckled lemonade was yummy also, but my bf was waiting forever for a refill. There was only one other table occupied in our seating area, so the server couldn’t have been too busy. He passed our table several times without noticing my friend’s empty glass. When he finally asked if we wanted refills, we were almost done eating, so it was much too late. We are not happy, that’s why I left no tip at all. Tips are not a given, they need to be earned!

This was my first visit to a Red Robin. Positive: They have gluten free burger buns! Hooray! I hadn’t had a burger in nearly 2 years, so it was great to find a place where I can eat one and not get sick. Negative: When I asked about a gluten free menu I was told by the server to look it up on my smart phone! Really? They can’t print a few copies? It also took nearly 10 minutes for the server to find out if the barbeque sauce is gluten free or not. That’s not on their online menu. It’s not, in case you wondered.

So I am have always been a fan of RR, I used to work at one in the kitchen and I still chose to eat there when I can. The burgers are always solid for the price, and they aren’t going to muck it up on you with some alfalfa spouts or anything strange. This particular location is ok, but not the best. The bar area is the best place to sit I think. If you go past the bar area divider it sometimes has that restaurant sink smell. This is especially true if you are at the booth by the bathroom. So if you come here, sit at the bar area, order a basket of fries as soon as you put in your food order and be liberal with the shaker of seasonings on the table.

Whoa, what happened here? I remember when Red Robin was THE place for premium burgers & booze, but now I’m looking around this place thinking it’s just worn & dated. They’ve been passed up by the New Kids on the Burger Block. Maybe it’s simple restaurant evolution: Red Robin stands by its formula of essentially offering one kind of burger garnished a dozen different ways, while a place like Hopdoddy’s offers a dozen different burgers. Both are charging the same fancy price. We’ll go wherever you want. I still like the onion rings here, the service has always been great, but even the two of us were taken aback by our cold fries. Our guy Kevin promptly & politely replaced them, but it never should have happened in the first place. If the new fall television lineup includes Gordon Ramsay’s «Corporate Kitchen Nightmares,» Red Robin may rapidly make the list.

This is just another chain restaurant like TGI Fridays, Apple Bees or Chilis. The burgers were OKAY, the services was OKAY and the price was way to high! It is definitely more expensive than those other chain restaurants I listed above. They did have delicious sweet potato fries and have a drink that helps children with cancer. While it goes to a good cause, that drink was also very expensive. This restaurant is not for college students!

This burger chain is pretty much the same wherever you go… tasty. I got the turkey burger and you have a choice of white or wheat bun and whatever fixins you want. Although the patty was moist it wasn’t the most flavorful… found myself adding various sauces and additional salt & pepper… the bottomless fries are a go as well as that«beer shake» they have… yes, I know. but its delicious! made with Blue Moon. Will still be on my burger list.

If I could, 3.5 stars but I’ll always give the benefit to Red Robin because college memories. :) Our server was incredibly nice but also incredibly busy/distracted. Bonus points for bringing us appetizer fries right away(pro tip: bottomless fries start the moment you sit down: D), negative points for being done with said fries well before we got waters. Ah well. My priorities were satisfied with that because I was much hungrier than I was thirsty. Because I was hogging on fries, I got myself a bunless chicken burger, and my husband got his standard teriyaki pineapple burger and it was good as usual. The crack(the salt mix) was as good as ever and we noticed it didn’t have MSG like we thought. Score! So, it’s Red Robin. It’s going to be your typical chain experience with pieces of flair and a ridiculous bar menu and generic kitch on the walls — but of all the chain places around, I like this one. Probably because of bottomless fries — you can definitely bribe me with salty potatoes. Idea for next time: noticed they also have bottomless broccoli instead of fries. Might see how many lbs of broccoli I can eat(and if they’ll let me interchange broccoli and fries or not).

Great service. The waitress was attentive just enough. The tavern burger was very tasty and the fries were seasoned just right. Great tea flavor of the tea. Some restaurants water down their tea.

For us, Red Robin is a place you go to when you concede that you’re going to get A-OK food and mediocre service. Or rather, the service is great when you finally get their attention and they are standing at your table. Typically, it takes far too long for someone to come to our table. *We were told by the host/hostess the name of our waiter as we were seated, but 10 minutes went by and no one has stopped over so we don’t know who«Sam» is to flag him or her down to ask for water.* I like that they have a plethora of burgers to choose from, but I alway stick with the sauteed shroom burger. I like that I can get it as a «petite» and not have some giant blob of burger sitting in my stomach. I also like that instead of fries I can get a cup of french onion soup(even though the last time we went, it was obviously the bottom-of-the-bucket, super salty, and visually gross [it’s usually very good]). Also on our last visit, we watched the shake we ordered get all melty on the bar for quite a while because our waitress was MIA. So yay for pretty good food, providing it’s not lukewarm by the time you get it. But please hire more people or train them to be more attentive — not sure which is the problem. It really sucks to have this kind of conversations: «What do you want for dinner?» «Red Robin?» «*Sigh*…ok, but be prepared for terrible service.»

We had a very nice dining experience here. We were promptly seated courteously at a comfortable booth. The insides are playfully decorated and the restrooms are well kept. Our server was amazing, the orders arrived correctly and the food was great. The onion rings were hot and really crispy. They arrive with a delicious condiment which is a barbecue sauce blend(campfire sauce.) My husband enjoyed his burger and the sides were delicious. The fries were fresh and seasoned well, the mac and cheese were super rich and tasty. I had a spicy fried chicken sandwich which was nicely sauced and wasn’t afraid to have heat. The portions sizes are incredibly generous. Our server was friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed having our dinner here and this place is great for families as well. Thanks again :)

The burgers and fries are good, but I’m obsessed with their fried zucchini. They taunt me at night… they call to me… they want me to make a trip just for them… I like this location for their awesome staff. And their zucchini. Aaaarrrgghhhhh!!!

Well, they used to A-Ok… But anymore… they are just OK… The quality has decreased and the prices have increased. Nothing fancy. Nothing gross. But nothing impressive either. I’m sure we will go back. But not often. Once, maybe twice a year. Nothing more, sure. Waitress wasn’t around most of the time. Got what we needed from the waitress T the table next to is and one of the manager before ours came around. Was ridiculous. Absolutely was not worth the money spent. At all. Would have rather gone elsewhere… local. and spent that. But it is done. And I’m sure, it will happen again… u til it doesn’t. Lol
