Regal Nails

Ugh. I had a gift card for a basic mani/​pedi. My fiancé likes to get pedis too so we went together. They burned his feet literally raw with the milk/​honey mask. it took days to heal. When he tyold her it was too hot she argued and said he liked it hot. he had to tell her multiple times it was hurting him and she argued. Then the lady argued with me when I said I didn’t want to add that to my pedicure. Like seriously arguing and then since arguing wasn’t working she then started pretending she didn’t understand me saying I did not want it, even though she understood us perfectly fine the rest of the time. We went back and forth for a few minutes and finally I gave up and she did it. I was pretty pissed about it. Thank god I didn’t get burned, but I still just hadn’t wanted to add anything extra over the giftcard I had. Very annoying. Then customers came in and were waiting for their turn, so she did my manicure WAY too quick, didn’t let polish dry between any coats, so i was left with thick tacky polish for hours after. they obviously became a smudged mess and I had to re-​do it myself that evening. Ridiculous.

These ladies are wonderful. They always do a good job and are very well priced. I just love them!
