I live in St. Louis and couldn’t find the boots I was looking for locally or any of the big online western stores. These guys had what I was looking for. Unfortunately, there was a problem with sizing and they had to be exchanged. I received a picture of the next pair to make sure they were satisfactory. This time the quill count was off. I wasn’t looking for an exact match but it appeared as though the boots were cut from different hides. It was very noticeable. I wanted to cancel the order. Disappointed in the quality of Lucchese boots and under the assumption I wouldn’t get the style number I wanted. They apologized and got right back on it. The third pair was perfect. I gave the approval and they were shipped that same day. They arrived by FedEx two days later. From beginning to end these guys kept me updated and made me feel like I’d been doing business with them for years. I also want to add that the boots I wanted were not a stock item. They were custom made. If they don’t have what you’re looking for in stock, they’ll get it. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer. Thanks Hector for your help. Your customer service was awesome.

After shopping Cavender’s in San Antonio for a new Stetson hat, and finding that they were out of the style and size I wanted, I found Rodeo Western Wear online. They matched the sale price from Cavenders and shipped via FedEx for free. Great friendly service!

They advertised Resistol Hat regular price at $ 55.99, sale price $ 29.99, then when you add to the cart, new price was $ 48.99 you save $ 10.00, called and talked to the manager, he stated when you add it too the cart, the price updates. He would not honor the price online, I would not recommend to buy from them as they change there prices with know information at the product that is advertised
