They kept telling us they’d price match. We bought nice Ashley furniture from them at a much better prices, they kept in touch with us and it was delivered on time. They charge $ 85 for delivery and $ 30 for «setup» and I questioned the «setup» fee and he immediately took it off. Great selection too.

Just noticed seller comment on my review. He is making a story to justify his action, he was so much into making profit that he killed almost 2 days of mine and his respect in market. I can give him 4 star if he would have cancelled my order on first visit without matching the price instead of canceling next day after matching the price.

Make sure to check price online or some other store before believing their claim of «nobody can beat the price» which they have listed/​written all over the store.
Here is my story.
I and my wife went to buy furniture for complete one bed room set from the store, we like the crown mark collection and ordered complete bed and living room set. The sales person didn’t reduce a single penny and claimed no body can beat the price (You can see entire store is full of colorful pamphlet claiming no body can beat the price), I asked if I will find less then the offered price then what, they assured me that I will not find it.
Next day after having lunch we saw a store next to the restaurant and just entered to verify his claim and here the real surprise came…
We found same brand and model table 100 $ less including tax and delivery, Bed 200 $ less, TV stand 100 $ less from we billed at this store. 400 $ more in total. I immediately called room to go and asked them to if they can cancel or match the price. Person asked me come on Monday.
On Monday, the man asked me show proof of price (Luckily I collected quotation with photo of furniture from other store), I showed that him. not sure what he wanted to do but took an hour here and there and wasted my 2 hr during which I kept on asking if he can cancel my order or match the price.
Then here is the trick, he want to talk to the other dealer to confirm the price. I put him on speaker phone and sales girl at other store confirmed him the price, then he took 30 min discussion and finally gave me in written that he will match the price. I had to take a day off from work because it is already noon. Horror experience does not end here.
Next day I got a call from Room for you and now they want me to take my money back WHAT???
if they want to cancel the order then why did they wasted entire day before and match the price.
I was so upset and got my refund and ordered the furniture at other store which delivered the same furniture at 400 $ less price.

I recently bought a new sectional couch here. After reading so many horror stories online about other places I was worried about trying a smaller store. The purchasing process went FAR better than I expected. The couch had to be ordered from the warehouse in Dallas and, although I was quoted 4 – 8 weeks, it came in 3 weeks. The store was also fine with coming at 430 on a Friday so I didn’t have to take anytime off work or wait around on a Saturday.
The prices were very reasonable and there wasn’t a high pressure feel like at most of the chain stores I visited. No one tried to ridiculously up sell me. I would highly recommend going here for an all around great experience.
