Horrible, air pump takes your air for a dollar and takes 15 days to refund that dollar, gas tenants have no fucking clue about jack shit

If you plan to use the car wash at this location, think twice! Paid for the $ 8 car wash when I fueled up my vehicle. The car wash’s rinse system is broken. Left the stall with soap all over my vehicle. I parked my vehicle within in eyesight of the gas station attendant and informed him that his car wash was broken as it did not rinse off the soap. The station attendant replied that the car wash must be working since there is soap on my car and that not all car washes rinse off the soap well. He said the car wash is considered broken when it is non-​operational. I asked for a refund and he refused. I asked him if he was refusing to do the right thing and he said yes. He told me to call a phone number outside the building — which I did and the call responder asked me to connect him with the gas station attendant. I received my refund — but the car wash is still broken with no signage warning customers.

It’s a prototypical convenience store. Nothing more, nothing less. They do have a car wash.

Hard to say whether there’s anything particularly wonderful about this Shell station; I don’t have any strong feelings about it. There are several pumps and a carwash, plus a typical convenience store. This Shell gets my business because it’s on the way to my kid’s school and is usually the most convenient stop for me when the needle is sitting on empty or the car is covered in tree and grackle gunk. I’ve never had a wait for the carwash, but the price isn’t particularly competitive. That makes for a 3-​star «A-​OK» rating from me.

Quick state inspection… these are nice folks, the mechanic was really helpful and pointed me to a closer registration office than the main branch on Airport… a time saver, we all hate long lines, right?
