This lady is AH-​mazing. I truly get emotional talking about how simply nice, knowledgeable, responsive and caring she is. She is up to date on every TX Vet/​VA loan rule and will do all her best to make your homeownership dreams come true. I will never use another loan officer as long as Ms. Shirley and her team are around. She will answer your questions at 7am or 9pm, no kidding. As a veteran who has gone through the VA loan process in the past, I know the added complexity and length of time that these loans can take. This time around my goal was to find a loan officer who was extremely knowledgeable in both VA and Texas Vet loans who could make this process as smooth as possible. Shirley at PrimeLending exceeded my expectations and then some.
