Just received the bed, so this review is about the customer service. Too early to say if we’ll like our P5.
Slick sales. Only after you’ve decided to buy do they tell you that it will take 3 – 4 weeks to be delivered. That, of course, means closer to 4 weeks. Long time when you need a new mattress.
Don’t fall for the $ 90 assembly option. That make it sound like it is hard to assemble, so I wasted $ 90. Took the guys 15 minutes to assemble it including time to unload the boxes from their truck. I looked at the instructions in the book after they left. Would have take me 30 minutes to assemble. If you can assemble basic furniture from Walmart, you can put this bed together. I feel lied to and conned by the salesman (Tim).
Hoping the bed is better than the sales team.
