Will Smith has been our dentist for quite a few years. We have tried several others over the 26 years we’ve been in NW Austin, but he’s the best we’ve found.
He is patient and sensitive to all needs. It is a great plus that he has his own lab onsite and makes his own crowns & bridges. His work has always been done right and in timely manner.
I can’t imagine anything like the negative experiences implied by the 7⁄11 reviewer. Darn shame such judgmental stuff has been posted for over a year now.

I was told that if I did not repair my teeth at considerable expense (rather than pull them) I would be what he considered a «dental invalid.»
I, like many others, may not have thousands of dollars to spend on my teeth. I can afford to have it pulled, period.
When will dentists stop shaming their clients?
When will all doctors, dentists, etc., listen to AND honor their paying customers wishes rather than gouging them for every dime using tactics such as shaming, guilting, fear-​mongering, etc.
It is NOT easy to write a review about dentistry, it’s sensitive and personal. I suspect many people dislike going to the dentist and the shaming is a big part of it.
