Bought a couple t-shirts. Manager bent over backwards in service But of course the food was even better. Try the Mr Orange

One of my favorite spots. We picked up some BBQ at another establishment, got some tacos from torchys and a case of beer, and enjoyed the sunshine.

Allows Dogs, Best Queso Ever! If you like avocados or not you will love the queso from Torchy’s! Portobello Tacos were amazing! This is a must while in South Austin! This place has outdoor and covered seating.

It’s a trailer park full of food. And what’s not to love? You can park here, which is nice in a city where parking seems to always be a problem. And then you explore the area. It’s not giant, there are like four or five different places to eat from, but I got some seriously good Torchy’s Tacos. Seriously good. And then you take your food to the picnic area and sit in the sun and listen to some music and be happy you’re in Austin. I also saw people working on a laptop and those on a date so clearly it’s a little bit of everything for everyone. And apparently you can book it out for wedding or parties, which is kind of fun. Yes, it’s all hipster, but it’s fun and delicious and what more do you want.

Review of this location’s Torchy’s: I like this location, but it definitely isn’t my favorite. There was a longer wait, and the options for seating are limited. Nonetheless, it is great food! There are also a few other food trucks in the area to try. When the weather in Austin isn’t deciding to be hot or hotter, this is a great place to go for it’s outdoor seating when you can find a spot.

There’s a good selection of food here– smoothies, cupcakes, sandwiches. The Turf-n-Surf Po’ Boy wins my vote for best bet. Go early on the weekends if you have your heart set on something as it may run it. Parking can be tough but it is a great destination for your bike ride. A decent amount of communal picnic table space for eating your goods which is also a great place to meet a stranger.

I haven’t been to the other locations so I may be biased. Love this trailer park concept — how easy would this be to do in other cities? The guys working the truck couldn’t of been nicer. The young man who took my order was kinder than kind. He explained the menu, asked if I had questions, repeated my order… he looked to be 17… and had the nicest manners. I don’t think you could be disappointed with anything here. It all looked amazing! My son especially love the corn. It may be overlooked with the bountiful of selection. I would ask for more of that spicy ranch sauce — that was especially delicious on my breakfast taco.

Whatever food items you decide to purchase here, the fun part of the visit is the great gold-painted wall assemblage of cast-off items. It’s a modern-day nod to Louise Nevelson.

Such a cool place with a collection of food trucks. For the amount of space, having three trucks is reasonable but I wish they had more choices. Compared to the food truck parties I’ve been to in California like off the grid, it seems like the food truck scene in Austin is awesome but they are all spread out which can be annoying if you’re visiting and are ubering everywhere. There isn’t one location with a ton of trucks that are all opened. I went to Holy cacao for frozen hot chocolate and torchys tacos for tacos. There was plenty of seating under the shade as well as in the giant room. But they kicked us out of the room since there was a private party. Nevertheless, it’s a cool place and they give you free iced water which is much needed in this weather.

Everything is perfect. The apple salad is crisp and tasty. Duo duck to die for. Modern décor, throw back attitude.

This little park is so cute. There is outdoor seating and then a covered indoor picnic area inside. They have bathrooms as well. Parking is a little difficult but you can park on the side streets without an issue.

nothing special. Not hating on it. But nothing worth detouring for. Torchy’s Tacos is the most predominant name and it has other locations.

There are numerous food trucks or more like food trailers in the Austin area, including some trailer parks that have multiple food trucks there. The South Austin Trailer Park has several food trucks, places or tables to eat at, but limited parking.

I am obsessed with this place!!! Eating in Austin? go here! it is an awesome trailer park setting, with lights strung, picnic tables, and cool artsy décor all around. Torchy’s tacos were AMAZING!!! and the frozen hot chocolate from the beverage dessert trailer was unforgettable. I loved everything and one day I will return.

Impressed with all three tacos I got here… I don’t remember their names but the proteins were salmon, pork, and beef. They were filling, flavorful, and priced just right. Parking was tricky but this is definitely a worthy spot to pull over and get a snack.

A bird shat on me here, and i know it was aiming for my taco. Why would you put picnic benches under the trees when the city is full of these obnoxious devil-birds?! Poor foresight = terrible layout.

This is the perfect spot to get a break from work. There are 3 food trailers in this park: Torchy’s Tacos(HIGHLYRECOMMENDED), Holy Cacao(for dessert), and Conscious Carvings(for you health conscious people). There is even a water dispenser where you can quench your thirst! I love the weird décor on the front of the«building», it’s a bunch of random stuff plastered on the wall then spray painted GOLD(I’m talking Guitar Hero guitar, antique dolls, trophies, it looked like something out of a page of an I Spy book). On the inside walls is someone’s description of this place. Try your luck on comprehending that! There are plenty of wood benches under a shaded area which will also protect you on rainy, windy, or sunny days. And a TV for your entertainment. And when you’re done with your meal, there is a separate game room in which they have a foosball table, ping pong, and shuffleboard? A great place to hang out with your friends during lunch time. There is a decent amount of parking in this lot. Please make sure not to park in front of another person’s car, it’s not cool!

Food trucks are a fun concept and Austin has a lot of them. Not only that, but Austin has a lot of *good* food trucks and several of them are right here at the South Austin Trailer Park & Eatery. What I like about this food truck park is it exudes Texas, from the dusty dirt and gravel lot to the rustic-looking trailers. Even the chain-linked line markers are made from worn-out truck parts such as old wheels. Driving by, you’d think you were passing just another trailer park. The park has eateries such as the popular Torchy’s Tacos, Holy Cacao(fine desserts), and Conscious Cravings(wraps, salads, smoothies). Aside from the food trucks themselves, I really like this spot for a few additional reasons: 1. Free parking. 2. Plenty of seating, covered and uncovered. 3. Free water. 4. Restrooms. The covered seating area even has TVs inside. A fantastic job by the folks who put this together. They seemed to have thought of everything. If you’re visiting Austin, I highly recommend checking this place out. Just a brisk walk across the river from downtown.
