Robert Elliott talks a good talk, is very personable, seems very knowledgeable. However, he does not stand behind his «guarantee.» Several problems developed in the work he did for me (skirting on pier and beam home, siding installation, floor tile installation, painting). He stated in one phone call that he would be by to check on and correct the problems, but never showed up. He now does not return phone calls. I sent him photos of the problems; again, no response.
