This Starbucks is probably the least friendliest Starbucks I’ve ever been too (and no I’m not exaggerating) they always quick and get my order right at least. If it weren’t for the convince I would not come here.

Something about their pike place drip that tastes funky. I’m from Seattle so I know my coffee. I go to the Starbucks a block away from this place and order their drip, tastes just fine. This location, it must be their water? Their pike place drip taste like dirty water. Please do something about this!!!

Extremely slow drive thru service. I waited for 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars ahead of me when I arrived. I am not sure if they are under staffed or just poorly managed, but there did not seem to be an extreme amount of customers.

Strolled in to this Starbucks and was surprised not to be greeted, like most Starbucks I have frequented. As I was waiting, I observed the employees bustling around, until one came to the counter and begrudgingly ask what I wanted. I placed my order, and the counter girl asked her coworker if she was done with the order on the screen, without excusing herself, she said she was and to clear out what was on the screen. The counter girl, then looked at me and asked «what was it that you ordered sir?»…uhm…I am a woman! I gave her a moment to correct herself and apologize, but that did not happen. She did not ask my name to place on my coffee order… I like when other Starbucks do that!
Overall my experience was unpleasant, unprofessional, and, unfortunately, unfriendly.
Good thing there is a Starbucks elsewhere.

Super slow, disengaged staff. They almost seem annoyed to be here. If I could just go behind the counter myself, I would. It’d be faster. Really not up to the standard of Starbucks.

Attention Starbuck’s corporate trainers! This location is fine, but not «on point» like so many are. If you are looking for a typical Starbuck’s beverage in a clean store located in a shopping center you are good to go, but it’s not one of those warm and fuzzy locations where they use your name and make eye contact. All employees seemed pretty distracted by their own conversation which is not horrible, just not like the tip top Starbuck’s model. I give this location a boring three stars.

Fast service, clean bathrooms. What else do you REALLY need from a Starbucks? Only con? People LOVE to wait in line for the drive thru — so definitely park and go inside. It’ll save you a lot of time!

Went here through the drive through to order the Oprah Cinnamon Chai frappucino. I order it because I’m pregnant and I watch my sugars, yes I know it’s not the healthiest choice but I was having a day and needed a pick me up. The girl working in the drive thru took my money and gave me my drink. After I paid she said,“Oh, we are out of the Oprah Chai so I just gave you the normal one.” Didn’t offer to make something else and I was stuck with a drink I didn’t really want. It was also made so bad. Mostly ice and whip. I maybe got three ounces of actual beverage. I will not be coming back to this location due to lack of customer service.

MY GOODNESS. This sure is one POPPIN’ Starbucks…
The location is TERRIBLE to start… so it gets jammed up and crazy… while the baristas were working fast… orders were getting mixed up and there was a lack of organization.
Overall, this location was just not meant to accommodate as many people as it needs to.

I know this sounds petty, but I like Starbucks that offer the drive thru. If I receive my coffee without my cinnamon or whip I’m pretty ticked. I get that this Starbucks is busy, but most people need their coffee to start their day before work. I would’ve gone inside to have them correct my $ 5 coffee, but that defeats the purpose of the drive thru during my time crunch.

I don’t typically go to Starbucks as there are so many local coffee shops but I was feeling like a drive thru so opted for this one.
The gentleman taking orders was so rude. He interrupted everything I said so I ended up repeating myself several times. Finally I asked him to stop interrupting me. He justified himself by saying it helps the line move faster — I don’t see how! It took twice as long to order because of having to repeat everything!
I see other comments about how slow this drive thru is and I can pretty much figure out why.
Plus it’s just super rude and shows a lack of manners to interrupt people — no matter your justification.

I was just there and I ordered a smores Frappuccino and the guy was like yeaaa that’s been out of season for a while. I told him I went to the Riverside location yesterday and ordered one. I couldnt see him but he sounded annoyed when I said that and his response was «Well I don’t have any of the stuff to make it». So I instead ordered the Caramel Frappuccino which isn’t bad either and beef brisket sandwich. The sandwich was flavored really good on the first bite but that second bite towards the center was cold :(. So I only ate the edge of the sandwich. It did taste really good but I could not eat the cold part. I don’t think I will go back to this location

Starbucks is good coffee, and they are definitely consistent from store to store. Baristas know their stuff, service is good. I like being a member of Starbucks Rewards and getting free coffee.
