If you’re looking for fast and efficient service, don’t come to this location. The baristas spend more time huddled in a group talking amongst themselves instead of making sure you receive your drink promptly.

Either me or my fiancé have been going to this Starbucks just about everyday for 4+ years and these past 6 – 8 months we have watched this Starbucks go down in both flavor and customer service. Lately it’s a different barista every time we go, maybe trouble keeping workers? And the coffee just doesn’t taste like it used to. It’s bitter and watery. But our main issue has been this location not being able to keep supplies in stock. Literally the last like 7 times I’ve come they are out of something. They never have the promo drinks, I loved the caramelized honey latte they recently had. This location NEVER had it, at least not when I asked. The last 3 times I’ve gone, all times of the day, they’ve been out of the strawberry acai refresher which I get with coconut milk, and yesterday around 2pm of course they were out of it again so I settled with a different flavor only to reach the window to be told they have no coconut milk. Seriously? I know how Starbucks work. I know you order just enough product for the day. But you are constantly out of stuff too early in the day and this has been a repeat thing for awhile now. I don’t understand why you don’t just order a little more product for the day? It’s really not that hard. It sounds like they need to work on better management. Maybe someone who can actually run a store.

I frequent this Starbucks, it’s the closest one to my house and it’s open after I get off of work. Perfect fit for me since I work late hours serving. My two most recent experiences were at the drive through, I got the same girl and granted it was late. She sounded depressed over the intercom both times. The last visit, I went with my roommate and she asked for an iced green tea with mint… We were told that wasn’t possible so we opted out.(The Starbucks down the street made it without a problem). Then I ordered a frapp with coconut milk and to add vanilla and marshmallow. I pull up and it’s got three or four layers of stuff and whip on top. I have an extreme intolerance for dairy. I told them it was wrong and they offered to fix it but then. They still messed it up. It was just an iced coffee. I asked for my money back because at this point I didn’t want to wait for yet another drink and it come out wrong. The manager comes back and hands me a 5 and a few coins but I paid $ 6.01 for the original drink. When I told the manager(Jordan is her name) she says«I don’t know why you paid that much.» And just stares at the receipt. The woman that took my order was standing right behind her saying nothing. Then Jordan snatches the 5 from my hands and closes the window for almost an entire minute just to get a one dollar bill and a penny. I’m not sure why she felt it necessary to take that back from me? They were rude, impatient and nothing like any other Starbucks barista I’ve ever met. I’m giving them two stars because my other experiences have been extremely pleasant, but Jordan needs more training, in my opinion. Perhaps you should avoid the drive thru. Or maybe just avoid Jordan. I’ll drive the extra couple miles to the Parmer and Mopac location.

Parking can be a pain in the ass and the parking lot is a nightmare trying to get in line for the drive through. So that’s the missing star. But amazing, friendly staff and they always get my drink/s out quickly, correctly, with a smile and a thank you.

This location is great. The baristas remember to be human — even at morning rush. Recently I used the mobile app to order a coffee traveler for an event. When I arrived, my order has just finished brewing. I got to be the office hero and we all got caffeinated.

The store is just not clean. Food on the floor, under furniture, dirty windows, etc. The worse part though, is that the barista who made my drink came in from sitting on the ground smoking his cigarette and didn’t bother washing his hands.

When I ordered on the mobile app and they didn’t have it by the time I arrived the barista upgraded to a venti from a grande which was nice of him. I’ve also gotten a breakfast croissant which wasn’t bad for $ 5. I like the mango black tea lemonade and the chorizo breakfast sandwich.

Maybe I should of read the reviews before I went to this location? I go through the drive through to order a green tea frap and inquire about marble pound cake. The lady taking my order at the drive thru stated that they did not have any. I then inquired if they serve the marble pound cake anymore. The barista sarcastically added that they discontinued carrying marble pound cake 3 years ago. I could hear laughter in the background. This really agitated me so I pulled to the window where I asked the female barista if she was the one that took my order. She said no that her manager and she named a females name that I can not recall did. I asked to speak with her and I waited a few minutes. A gentleman comes to the window and attempts to have me pay for the frap that I am no longer interested. I advised him as much and once again requested to speak with the manager about the bad customer service. Once again I am requested to wait and another gentleman(Tyler) comes to the window and leans out the window looking really disinterested. I advised him of what happened and he did not respond with anything other than sorry. SMH! Piss poor service! I will also be contacting their corporate office. Never again!

2/18/16-Free drink acquired as promised AND they got it right… what a time to be alive! The service here has improved immensely! The drive-thru is no longer a 30mins wait ordeal, which is amazing! I just wish they would get my drink order right more oft than not. They can never seem to remember to put Splenda in my Venti iced americano extra shot, so I’ve had to start ordering the packets on the side, which is kinda a pain in the patoot, but better than drinking jetfuel w/o the tinge of sweet. Maybe one day they will get it all right and it won’t be such a «did they or didn’t they» surprise with my initial sip. I did have a snafu yesterday where they didn’t take my free drink off when they scanned my pay app and I told the cashier who said she would take it off, but did not. I called in to have the wrong righted and Tyler(who was very nice) stated he would make sure my next drink w/them was gratis. We shall see if they can earn that 4th star with the free drink as promised and a correct drink order… will report back on the yeah or neigh-ness of next visit.

I had a really bad experience today with the barista and manager. I put in my order here at this location and I forgot to tell them I had a reward to redeem as I am a gold member. When I got to the widow, they just scanned my app on my phone. I politely told them that I had a reward and they said«you need to tell them at the beginning of the order that I have a reward!!,» the manager scolded me in the most rude and condescending way. I swear, I will never come here again. Very poor customer service. The staff here failed on so many levels.

I love this Starbucks. It’s usually crazy busy and seating can be scarce, but they almost always get my drink right and the baristas are cool. I meet friends here quite often because it’s convenient and usually we can find a seat or table. If not, no big deal. We can take a walk to some of the businesses in this strip center. Parking is plentiful. The drive-in is the best, though. A lot of people complain about the wait. It’s long if one goes at busy times, but that’s to be expected anywhere. My experience has been good, though. I can get my tasty beverage & morning snack and be on my way without having to leave my car.

The only thing they get right are the basic coffee orders. Everything else. specialty drinks and food are poorly prepared. More times than not, I order an oatmeal and don’t get all the supplies that go with it. for example no spoon, sugar, or nuts. The only thing they get right is the generic coffee orders.

Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! The staff at this location is extremely inefficient, careless, and exhibit nothing but sub-par customer service skills. I’ve been maybe five times merely due to the connivence of the proximity to my home, but I can say this place is ANYTHING but convenient. What drew the line for me was this last time I was there, prompting me to write this review. The gal that took our order held extreme malaise and attitude towards us. THEN all 20 too many employee that were working(no idea what they were doing as everything was slow and inefficient) stopped taking orders, making drinks and helping customers to take a picture together and hold some sort of small celebration. They did this with a half a dozen people in line and cars at the drive through. Busiest time of day and they party. Never going back. The Starbucks on the corner of Parmer and Loop 1 far exceeds the incompetency of this place. Don’t waste your time.

Just went through the drive thru at this location about 20 minutes ago and had a very rude barista. I came to the window with my wallet in my hand but didn’t have my card out. It took me 10 seconds to hand this girl my card but I guess that wasn’t good enough. She turned to her Co worker and said, «I hate when people come up without their money ready». He said, «does that happen a lot?» And she said, looking RIGHTATME, «yes, this lady just did.» Excuse me? If you’re going to talk crap about your customers maybe wait until they aren’t in front of you. You don’t know how many times I’ve waited on you to make my drink in the past while you talk with your friends but I never said anything rude. If customer service isn’t your forte, find a new job. And the drink you gave me was WRONG.

I’ve always gone to this Starbucks but never again. This morning I went through the drive through and ordered a medium drink and a large. When I got to the window my partner changed his mind and only wanted a medium. When I told the lady to please change his drink size she did. When she came back with our drinks she said«That’s so wasteful, next time go to McDonald’s». That was ridiculous! For working for customer service she sure doesn’t have ANY customer service skills. I spoke with the manager Holly and she said she would take care of the situation and we could receive free drinks next time. Holly thought the ladies name was Jessica, and I’d never go to there ever again because of her. Thank you Jessica, for ruining my day @ 6am.

I love this location for the baristas! They are friendly and will talk to you instead of rushing you through. The inside is a little small and tends to be packed at all hours and the outside sitting area is just the sidewalk with a couple of tables. If you are patient, you will do well, otherwise, I recommend the drive-thru or another location with more seating.
