Liars & thieves would be too strong of a comment, but shady and poorly run is closer to the truth. I rented a couple of wine storage units here, but had all sorts of access problems due to issues around how my account was set up and there access system. I also purchased some specialty wine glass boxes here, will the assurance that I could return them if unused. When I went to return them, admittedly several months later, Stor had changed their policy, and I now own the unused, unopened boxes. Definitely don’t ever by moving merchandise here unless you are positive that you will use it. Overall, a very bad experience.

Horrible, stay away. Rented a unit to store wine and on the first day a couple of bottles fell through the bottom of the unit and broke. Owners were unwilling to do anything to rectify the loss of some very expensive wine. How you can rent storage units that are totally unfit to store the advertised contents is appalling.
