Just got done seeing Nicola for a brow shaping appointment. I am very impressed! She did an amazing job making my eyebrows (which have lots of scars since I was a clumsy child) look wonderful! I will definitely be back.

Omgd!!! I finally have beautiful identical eyebrows!!! Moved to Austin last year and hadn’t had any luck with finding someone who was good at doing my eyebrows… until now!!! I love Nicola’s work and place so much I wanted to update. Since my initial visits, I have had a mini facial, a facial, hand treatments and a jaw wax, in addition to brows and lips. She pays attention to details others don’t. 1. always on time. 2. may suggest a treatment based on your needs, but never pushes. 3. Her place is set up for relaxation. At first some may be put off that her space seems small, but she laid it out well. if you have a facial, for example, you can change into a wrap (like a wrap towel but way more luxurious) that is adjustable so those of us who are big girls are covered. There is a chair and table perfectly located and a dish for glasses etc. and a ring/​jewelry holder. Details. 4. her prices are reasonable for the market. 5. her website and online appointments are great — detailed with each treatment explained. And of course — Nicola — friendly, thoughtful, professional, punctual, and the best waxing, sugaring, and facials.

I love Nicola. Been going to her for almost a decade. Could not be happier for her now that she’s opened her own place. Lighting quick hands paired with years of experience mean you’re in and out quickly for your waxing needs. And now that she’s doing her brow magic, I can’t wait to try out her new service. Also, she’s JUST so sweet and fun to hang out with. True story.

Nicola is amazing. She has been taking care of my skin and brows for a few years now, and I literally could not be happier. I go to Nicola for the 90-​minute facial every other month and for browcare every few weeks. In fact, I have outsourced the care and upkeep of my brows entirely to her because they finally look like refined, shapely eyebrows.

Finally went to Nicola for a facial and can’t believe I waited so long… the hour flew by far too fast! She was so gentle and relaxing, I would honestly pay her just to give me a scalp massage for an hour. My skin is super finicky and reacts to almost everything but does great with all her products and her extractions while thorough were not painful in the least. I love that she takes the time to not only learn about your skin but find out exactly what you need from your session and talks you through what she’s doing and what products she’s using. I can’t recommend her enough, do your skin a favor and come see Nicola!

Visited Symmetry for the first time for a brow wax and facial. The environment was incredibly serene and lovely. Nicola was amazing and my skin feels spectacular. I would STRONGLY recommend her to anyone who wants beautiful skin and brows!

Nicola is amazing! She worked her magic on my brows and they look amazing! I highly recommend her for your waxing needs. Pricing is great and parking is super easy! I’ve also heard great things about her facials as well. I will be booking one of those soon!
